When is a 'guarantee' not a guarantee?
Reviewed By su51090I would have loved to have stayed at this hotel. Indeed I had booked a 4 night stay for August back in January. The hotel confirmed the booking and asked for a deposit to 'guarantee' the room which I paid. Imagine my surprise when at the end of June (no, I'm sure it had nothing to do with Brexit) they contacted me to say that they couldn't honour the booking. No explanation was given. To be fair to them they had organised an alternative - but to a hotel which was very different in character which in the event we hated. They also refunded my deposit which was a plus. If nothing else this experience has driven us back to our usual haunts in the Tyrol.

Reviewed By PierrefegyIn diesem Hotel gibt es alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Jeden Morgen kommt die eigene Tageszeitung mit dem Programm des Tages. Das Essen ist super, die Betreuung der Kinder fantastisch. Es gibt viel zu entdecken. Es gibt ein eigenes Kinderzimmer in jedem Hotelzimmer. Der Badesee ist nach 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Es gibt direkt am Hotel einen Zauberwald wo es viel zu entdecken gibt. Das Hotel hat viele Tiere. Absolut zu empfehlen. Macht weiter so.

Reviewed By KlenjeI stayed two nigths in this pension and I'm very satisfied. Nice place, great view from the room, the owners are very friendly and, last but not least, the room price is very good. I suggest this also for families. From this hotel you can reach most of Carinthia in one hour, and if you want to stay on Woerthersee, it is just five minutes from there

Reviewed By moserth8Privat vermietete Apppartements in einem großen Haus mit großzügigem Garten. Riesige Wohnungen mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer Küche. Garten mit Pool, Trampolin , Tischtennistisch, kleinem Fußballfeld!!, Griller und Gartenmöbel zur freien Verfügung. Zum Keutschachersee sind es zu Fuß 15 min. Wunderbare Wander und Radwege führen direkt am Haus vorbei. Für uns eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern, ein idealer Ort zum entspannen, die Kinder können frei im Garten herumtollen. Aber ganz wichtig, die Hausherren sehen einen nicht nur als Kunden, sondern man fühlt sich als Freund. Ich kann und werde das Haus sicher weiteremphfehlen und auch selber wieder kommen.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal - gerne wieder!
Reviewed By maria4303Zimmer: Wir waren im Zimmer Nr. 203 im Neubau untergebracht: Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig; sauber; toller Balkon - man hätte vielleicht noch mehr Privatsphäre, wenn er abgeteilt wäre; Morgensonne - herrlich; in einem der Betten gehört der Lattenrost ausgetauscht und eine Matratze ist zu kurz (mein Mann misst 190 cm!) Lage: einige hundert Meter zum Hafnersee; der Keutschachersee ist in ein paar Autominuten zu erreichen; 20 Min. nach Velden; 20 Min. nach Pörtschach - einfach toll! Sauberkeit: sehr sauber; auch die öffentlichen WC's - perfekt. Service: sehr freundliches und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal; bei uns blieb kein Wunsch offen! Die Chefin ist etwas introvertiert, hat jedoch eine sehr nette Art, wenn man sie näher kennenlernt. Vielleicht soll sie an ihrer Art noch etwas arbeiten und offener auf ihre Gäste zugehen. Man bekommt dadurch sehr viel Freundlichkeit von den Gästen zurück! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: kann nirgends besser sein. Man bekommt sehr viel für sein Geld, auch in der Hauptsaison! Frühstück: fast alles da; ein bisserl frisches geschnittenes Gemüse wär noch nett gewesen. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Und ... es gab sehr guten Frühstückskaffee! Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und würden es immer wieder tun. Der Chef kocht im Allesch wie in einem Haubenlokal - einfach super gut. Es wurde kostenloses Wlan angeboten - hat nicht immer einwandfrei funktioniert, war aber im großen und ganzen ok. Man hält sich bei einem Badeurlaub sowieso nur am Abend im Zimmer auf. Der Urlaub war geprägt von ganz heißem Schönwetter (34-38 Grad). Wir haben uns im Allesch 14 Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen! Es war einfach ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub!
