Reviewed By Louise ASet in beautiful gardens on the banks of the river and a stones throw from the Ironbridge this hotel is a dream for those wanting to relax and unwind after some local sight seeing. Staff are all friendly welcoming and very polite. The food is far better than I expected, all fresh and very well cooked. Breakfast was lovely. (Fussy chefs review). Beds and bed linen were of a high standard and we're very comfortable. We stayed in room 1 and had expected to be a noisey stay but was pleasantly surprised as we heard nothing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel in the future.

Reviewed By Ashley2312This hotel is absolutely perfect for a few days in Ironbridge! The location is excellent - there is free parking at the hotel, so the car is there for excursions, but the centre of Ironbridge with shops and restaurants is only a 10 minute walk down the road. The hotel itself was beautiful. We stayed in room 2 and had a lovely view over the gardens at the back of the hotel. The room is beautifully furnished, with plenty of space and perfect handy touches, such as tea/coffee facilities, a hairdryer, wine glasses. Finally, we had breakfast included in our stay, which was served in the pub attached. It was delicious! Perfectly cooked and served by Sue, the most delightful lady! We will definitely stay here again!

A lovely lunch with a view
Reviewed By G6322MNsuesWe visited today as a family of 8 (4 generations) for lunch. It was our first visit and going by our experience today, we will definitely be back! I had booked a table in the lovely room overlooking the river which was a great hit with everyone. We even had time to go down to the riverside and skim stones while waiting for our food. The menu has plenty to offer at very reasonable prices. A lovely young lady looked after us (I'm afraid I didn't catch her name) throughout our lunch and was very welcoming. All of our meals were excellent and very tasty. You even managed to please my mother-in-law, not easy! Thank you.

Detached Georgian Property built in 1861 for the master of the local Coalbrookdale foundry set in the heart of the Ironbridge Gorge exactly one mile from the Iron Bridge itself. The property consists of three double rooms en suite on the first floor with a ground floor dining room and lounge. The property is licensed to serve alcohol and offers an a la carte restaurant menu.

We were very pleased with the standard of the rooms and the welcome we received from our hosts. The evening meal was excellent (need to book) and the breakfast was delicious. We will stay again.

No matter your age, everyone is young at heart really and loves to have fun and thats what we are all about. We have many different Rooms and Suites including a Penthouse. we have Live Bands every Friday and Saturday night and food served all day until 10pm everyday. We look forward to seeing you and making New friends.

Great to see local partridge on the menu but it was poorly cooked. Smoked haddock gratin was insipid, meagre and decidedly lacking in fish!

Ladywood house is situated 800 yards from the Ironbridge and dates back to 1820, set in five acres of woodland overlooking the Ironbridge Gorge - it features three en-suite family rooms and a twin room with a designated bathroom. All rooms are on one easily accessible level (No stairs). New for 2013, we now have a camp site.

Reviewed By KeithB1948A warm and friendly welcome from Tom, comfortable room, hearty breakfast, a 10 minute stroll to town/bridge. An enjoyable 3 night stay and loved Tom's rustic terraced garden. We wouldn't hesitate to return to Ladywood, thoroughly recommend.

Couldn’t Fault It
Reviewed By pac502Arrived in Ironbridge , picked up the key to be told it has its own private car park just a couple of minutes walk away. It’s basically a bedroom and bathroom but immaculately kept with everything you need and everything working , along with complementary snacks and soft drinks in the mini fridge. Definitely coming back to Ironbridge and definitely staying here.
