Reviewed By Juha KWe stayed here for 6weeks with our collegues february-april 2017. Hotel breakfast is good, you have plenty of option from chinese to plain eggs. People dont speak english so much. There was one person, who did speak english but mostly nobody speaks or understands. There is gym in the second floor were you can do pull-ups, dips and small 5kg bar were you can add weights. Its better than nothing. People smoke in every floor and the insulation on the doors is not so good, so the smell of tobacco comes in your room. Also walls are not very well insulated so the noices also come from either hallway or from next door. Laundry service is good and hotel is generally ok.

Reviewed By KentaG_13It's my first time to visit Baotou, Warm greeting by Michelle and assigned fantastic room with view. Dinner at Shang Place where serve gorgeous dining experience. Lamb chops is unforgettable taste and great service by Kitty. She introduced Local Milk tea, as I mentioned that my first time to visit Baotou and served local flavor with us. Breakfast also one of recommendations of this hotel. Shaomai with lamb that is one of Best item, keep you warm during winter time. Alvin Zhang who introduced recommendation item in person and very friendly. Want to be back soon.

The rooms are on the small side but with the use of space it was more than adequate for a week long business trip. I will be staying here again on future trips to the area.

Stepping into the guest room, you will be impressed by the charming fragrance of Mongolian incense and fashionable table mat, welcomed by milk tea and Mongolian cheese. Shang Palace and Xin Cafe specialty dishes like Roast Lamb Leg, Arbas Goat Meet and more will satisfy your taste buds.
Wonderful Stay in Inner Mongolia
Reviewed By Min-kyoung COur family stayed in the Club room on Aug 1st. Lobby area decoration is unique and authentic. There is photo spot with traditional Mongolian clothes and decorated house Ger in the lobby area. The hotel let us check-in ealier than the chck-in time without any frustration. Also all the hotel associates were friendly and well-informed. Housekeeping set the fruit and children amenities during turn-down. The lounge atmosphere and food were nice enough (both evening cocktail food and breakfast were tidy and sufficient). There was some Mongolian traditional food providing and it was nice to try. Lounge associates were helpful and freindly. They welcomed us everytime we visited there. Swimming pool has kids pool also and inside of the changing area, there is well-maintained Jacuzzi. Near the hotel, there are shopping mall and entertainment area within walking distance. There is also children's museum right next to the hotel and it was free admission. Inside, there were various sections such as job-experience, climbing, traditonal Inner-Mongolia cultures, and so on. Behind the hotel, there is also big park with lotus pond. It was nice to walk around. The hotel is very convenient for travelling with small kids. Definately recommand this hotel if you ever visit hohhot.
