Excellent restaurant for a business dinner
Reviewed By Gary RWe had an excellent dinner for 12 last October and returned again this week for a business dinner for 7 people. Mike is the Oberkellner and with his team provided excellent service. He assembled a three-course meal with wine pairings that pleased everyone. Ask him to arrange your dinner and you won't be disappointed. He is an accommodating, enthusiastic and knowledgeable professional.

The breakfast is amazing and the locally made jams and schnaaps (at Landhaus Mueller) are absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Immenstaad or lake Constance area.

Great Find
Reviewed By euncstwrtStopped here for 1 night on our road trip. The hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk to the lake, the hotel staff were really friendly, the room was spacious and very clean, unfortunately it didn’t have air con, it was a bit hot during the day, so left the window open to cool the room during the night. The breakfast was included, with lots of choice, so it set us up for the next part of our journey, great hotel, great location, not too expensive.

Relaxing and quiet
Reviewed By WallycornMy partner and I spent a night here for a quick getaway... our hosts; Klaus and his wife were very sweet and helpful. So accommodating. It gave us a real welcome feeling.. the room was new, clean and quiet... The breakfast was just great... served in a bright and cheerful, sweetly decorated room.... with large glass doors looking out to the garden.. will definitely go again...

Reviewed By Liron GWe stayed there for 2 nights for a family vacation. The staff was always so welcoming, smiling and nice. The hotel is clean and cozy, the wifi worked great and we really enjoyed our stay. Our small dog was allowed in the room, and she also enjoyed her stay :)

Fabulous view of lake
Reviewed By Sued54My mum and dad had visited here while several years ago and as my dad passed away recently she wanted to revisit. Although the owner didn’t speak much English we were made to feel very welcome and the view from our room was stunning. The room was spotlessly clean but could have done with tea and coffee facilities. The excellent breakfast each morning was served by very friendly staff with a good selection. Ideal location for catching the ferry and within easy reach of buses.

Perfect House for a Large or Small Group
Reviewed By SonjaAtHomeFinding a vacation home that could accommodate our group of 18 people was not easy, especially when adding requirements such as a great location on the Bodensee, charming surrounding village, and cute building exterior and interior. What we found when we arrived at the Villa Puppenhaus were accommodations that far exceeded our expectations! You can see in any photo of the building that it is an adorable half-timbered home, and exposed beams and historical preservation were retained in the beautifully renovated interior as well. But what thrilled us as a group was that most of the apartments and suites in the house all open up to a spacious, lovely center lobby, or lounge, area with sofas, chairs, and a large dining table where we could gather our group outside our rooms to share a pizza or sip wine in the evenings. Since our group had booked just about every room in the house, I can speak to the comfort, cleanliness, and convenience of all of them. Beds are fluffy and comfortable, bathrooms are modern and upgraded, and kitchens include all conveniences. The two-bedroom Giardino apartment was large enough for our group to eat breakfast together every morning and party in at night, since this apartment is a bit more privately located than the others. Don’t think the Villa Puppenhaus is only for large gatherings though. I would come back here any time for a romantic weekend with just my husband or a family lakeside vacation. The Immenstaad swimming beach is one of the best beaches we saw on the lake, and the town itself is absolutely charming.

Reviewed By samwel nVery lovely and specious apartments, I felt home the minutes I walked through the doors. We had the apartment that faces lake Konstant which is a stone throw from the apartment, they even have an allocated beach garden where one can sun-bathe or swim. It is a family run private hotel and I met some of the family members who work at the hotel, they are very friendly and always available to support and give information whenever needed. Breakfast was very delicious and plenty to choose from, there are several restaurants along the lake where one can have dinner, or the other alternative use the spacious kitchen that comes with the apartment and cook something.. The only down side about the hotel is the check-out time, in my opinion 09.00 AM is too earlier, I will request if they can push it to 11:00 AM which is the standard check out time in most hotels. Otherwise I will highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are visiting the Lake Konstanz region, it is also the best place where one can go with children.

Perfect for families!
Reviewed By NorCALloveLoved our stay at this Wohnpark. We rented a Nurdachhaus wich was very spacious and perfect for us (we were 2 adults and 3 kids/teenagers). I can really recommend this place to anybody who wants to stay at a place where you can be "home away from home". Don't forget to bring towels and bedsheets, otherwise everything is provided. Yes it's true, WIFI kind of sucks, but at night when nobody else seemed to be on it, it worked. Location wise this place is perfect. You are only an hour away from Switzerland, about 30 from Austria and the neighbouring towns are stunning too. For a family of 5, our stay at this place was budget friendly, and we will definitely return!
