Super friendly staff on arrival and throughout our stay and nothing was to much trouble. The room is what you expect a Premier Inn room to be, spotlessly clean, amenities and a super comfy bed. Top marks for cleanliness and attention to detail.

Great Location, Friendly Staff

Reviewed By Andrea2978

I visit my home County about twice a year and have always stayed in Premier Inns, but now we have a dog we have switched to Travelodge! This latest stay at the Hayle hotel was superb. All staff we spoke to were very friendly. It had everything we needed for us and the dog. Bed and pillows comfy, plenty of room and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The hotel itself is really well positioned to get to the town and bus stops etc. There was a little grime on the floor of the bath and tiny specs of mould on the ceiling in the bathroom but I think that was from wear and tear rather than a cleanliness issue. (Room 12 if the manager wanted to check) We will definitely be using this hotel from now on.

Very nice stay

Reviewed By F1905BHjackies

We stayed here for one night in June. The hotel is a little dated but has old world charm. Our room was absolutely fine, we had a large bathroom with complementary toiletries which were appreciated. All the staff we encountered from bar staff to cleaners and breakfast waiting staff were so lovely and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Only downside was people sitting at the tables outside under our windows chatting until quite late - but a tap on the window sent them away! We would stay here again

Nice local pub

Reviewed By Trousers99

A very welcoming old pub in the middle of St Erth, seemingly a real centre of the community. Friendly staff and good food were appreciated, but the room was a little basic (and somewhat eccentric). Do beware though, no breakfast is provided for overnight guests (the pub opens at 9.30 for breakfast/brunch for the general public)

We came there and eat 2 burgers. Terrible taste. And the organization was poor. Just 1 person to serve the bar and the whole pub including the beer garden. The waited around 45 minutes to get drinks and another 1,5 hours for food. Never again.

Tolroy Manor Holiday Park

Outdated, dark but cheap for area

Reviewed By katiegO1464NF

This is a very dated site. Compared to other holiday let's/sites in area it is cheaper. Just please be area that the site is run down, but clean and tidy. (Guttering falling off houses, the old outside pool now a basic plastic crazy golf, bingo is just for one line?) There is a good little shop, and staff are helpful. Entertainment is poor, and the pool cold and small. This is not haven! But this is reflected in the cost. The majority of the site is in shade by lovely mature trees. This does make most of the houses in shade. To the point that you are unable to tell if it's night or day. Personally I would not return, but it is good value for the location and easy reach by car of local attractions/coastal walks etc

We have stayed her numerous times now - the lodges are beautifully equipped with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The beds are lovely and comfortable. Bathrooms well kitted out and well lit! Bird books, iron and ironing board, fridge etc all present and correct - everything spotlessly clean! At the moment there is a Continental Breakfast served in the lodge - perfectly acceptable. Food in the restaurant is lovely - all cooked to order and the portions are generous.

Fantastic family- run site 5*

We stayed at Calloose Holiday Park in our touring caravan from Thursday 2nd June until Tuesday 7th. The location of the site is great, access roads can be narrow but are very quiet and easy to navigate. The park itself is immaculate, looks great and aptly located near popular destinations such as St Ives (25 mins) and Penzance (30 mins). The pitch we were allocated was spacious, relatively level and had independent EHU and a fresh water tap. The site has many facilities ranging from: heated swimming pool, shop, laundrette, playground, bar & restaurant, games room, tennis court, dish washing facilities and toilet & shower blocks. The site bar and entertainment was great over the jubilee bank holiday weekend, and we found the jubilee style ‘street party’ to be a lot of fun. It was great to see how much effort the owners (Warren and co) and staff put in to ensure that site users were having a good time. Some the entertainment over the weekend ranged from Karaoke to a Ska band. All were good fun. The shower block was very clean and showers were pretty good but could be too hot on occasion. Sometimes they were too hot to put the little one directly under and other times they were just fine. After the jubilee weekend the site went from being packed to virtually empty. This was not a problem for us and we found the site staff very accommodating with opening of the pool, etc. Kev was absolutely great and would stop by every time he passed for a quick chat. We did decide to leave a day early as we had a very long drive home and wanted to break the journey up. When Warren (site owner) noticed that we were packing up early he came and checked that everything was okay. We explained that there wasn’t issues and we were simply leaving a day early to make our drive home easier. Overall, we absolutely loved Calloose Holiday park and only wish it was closer as we would love to site our caravan there. We will definitely be returning in the near future. If you’re looking for a lovely site in South Cornwall, keep Calloose Holiday park in mind. You won’t regret it. For photos of Calloose and our trip head to our IG: @towing_tits

Loved every single minute of my stay here. Couldn’t have asked for more and the team in HQ were always on hand to help. The service provided by the team is second to none. Location - stunning. Just a couple of minutes to a gorgeous beach with amazing views. House - stunning. So much attention to detail. The welcome basket and the thought which has gone in the houses (games etc) was first class. The outside area was simply glorious! Very quickly became my favourite place to be and can’t wait to be back!
