Welcome I do not have time to hurry because I enjoy the "now and here" Our family-run hotel DreiKönig with its restaurant SeeGourmet in Hagnau on the beautiful Lake Constance enchants you in many ways. Our rooms are thematically decorated with wall paintings. In August 2018, all rooms got new boxspring beds. Enjoy with us regional wines from the surrounding vineyards on Lake Constance, as well as culinary specialties with DryAgedBeef in our small but fine restaurant and in good weather on our roof terrace. Stay in one of our themed rooms with new box spring beds. Around Lake Constance you have many destinations, whether by bus, train, boat or bicycle. For your business area we offer free Wi-Fi as well as close routes to the Messe Friedrichshafen and the airport.

Reviewed By 533ginnytSuch nice staff! We wound up staying two nights, and we’re absolutely delighted. Smallish, but very comfortable rooms, with all we needed, in a pleasant location. The restaurant is out of this world! I had the best spaetzle ever!!!! The meal was beautifully presented also. We will be definitely be back - especially since dogs are allowed :). Oh - and excellent English.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff
Reviewed By shateq123The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the bus stop. Staff at front desk and as well as the hotel restaurant were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a good spread of fruits, cheese, bread and eggs. Would definitely come back again.

A wonderful stay
Reviewed By MusettinaWe stayed there for 3 nights, in June. Everything was absolutely great and we would definitely come back for a longer period of time. The location is great, right in the middle of this little but charming town. There are much bigger and better known towns at Bodensee (Lake Konstanz), but they don't have its charm. You may not have a lake view from you room, but the lake is so close, it really doesn't matter. The owner was very friendly and helpful and so the other staff at the hotel. The room was rather small, but modern and very nicely decorated and so was the bathroom. You could see that they pay attention to all details and that everything is really well maintained. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious - all kind of meat, cheese, vegetables, cereals, sweets and fruits. Until now, I think is the best hotel we stayed in Germany. The only little negative thing was the Wi-Fi. It was free, but it worked quite slowly. But, it worked and it doesn't matter that much in the holiday. We highly recommend it and we will definitely come back.

On a busy road with constant traffic and trucks through the night
Reviewed By godders49This hotel is situated alongside a main road on the north side of Lake Constance which is a major transport route to Austria. In high season there was a constant stream of slow moving traffic by day and trucks ran throughout the night only 20 meters from our room. We thought we had booked a room with a balcony overlooking the lake - our Booking.com confirmation said we had - but on arrival we found we were in the guest house, a separate building next door but one, with no private balcony but a furnished balcony on the first floor shared by all 12 rooms in the building. It was explained to us that private balconies are only allocated to long stay guests. Our room was on the second floor at the front closest to the road and faced west. It got extremely hot, had no air conditioning, and so we had to sleep with the windows open and tolerate the traffic noise and vibration. Also, there is no lift in the guest house. Be aware that you may start looking at the hotel page on Booking.com and during the booking process get switched to the guest house page which bears similar photos and may mislead you. That said, our room was clean and nicely furnished, and had clearly been renovated not long ago. The beds were very comfortable. The shower room ( not a bathroom) was too small at 2.0 metres by 0.65 metres, although nicely appointed. The sliding glass door did not offer much privacy. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it but would not stay here again. Better located hotels are available in Hagnauer which is a delightful little town.

Toiletten und Duschen super sauber! (Selten so saubere Sanitäranlagen benutzen dürfen) Hunde willkommen! Restauration… Brötchen lecker… Personal liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab … Ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen …. Wir waren einfach nur begeistert!!

Reviewed By Grace BWiFi is terrible. Noise on the street is difficult on the weekend. Smoking in rooms. No one on site during the day. No fans to help cool the rooms down. Good meals. Hot without fans. Updated bathrooms.

an excellent hotel in a perfect place
Reviewed By Konstantin KThis was a last-minute reservation, because most of the hotels in the area were booked for the Oktoberfest weekend The price seemed a bit hight, but nevertheless we decided that the location right by the Bodensee is worth it. well, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. it is a small family-run hotel, right by the Bodensee - one can almost touch the waves on the lake. Very nice and clean rooms, personal touch of owners seen in every detail. Very light and comfortable rooms. good and quick internet. Outstanding breakfast room - the owners go every way to make the guests feel at home, and they do it very well, serving a nice home breakfast too. Overall - may be a bit pricey, but the location and quality justify the price. Big thanks to the family who owns an runs it, and we will definitely be back.

Little something on the shore of Bodensee
Reviewed By Alexander BGPS did not have any problems to guide us to this small family operated inn on the way from Munich. Booking.com said that the property was located on the narrow street and it was, but that street was the main road on the German side of the lake with continuous caravans of heavy trucks moving at 30 km/hr. (about 20 mph) just 10 feet away. 250 years old inn has just 10 rooms, all remodeled per the latest European standards leaving just enough of rustic feel by means of squeaky floors and doors. Shower was great with instant hot water. Bright colored bedding and comfortable bed was a plus. Breakfast was served inside and outside as well, weather permitting, in the small but lovely garden. Property has a restaurant, which was packed every night with locals and some tourists alike. Food must be great, but we did not have a chance to try it since we were having our dinners somewhere else on our day trips. And it is a lot to see: castles, gardens, are abound. Austria, Switzerland are short scenic drives away. Owners, mother and daughter, and their right hand man, Tomas, greet and treat you like family. Tomas was very helpful with travel tips and on our return made sure that beer and coffee were ready. Since we were getting back to the hotel very late and leaving early each day noise from the road did not bother us much but for others it might be a concern.

Wonderful Hotel, Wonderful hosts
Reviewed By O9306ZAmartinsVisited this guesthouse for 1 night in April 2017 and was very pleasantly surprised. It is located right on the shores of the Bodensee. The room was very modern and spotlessly clean. My own private terrace overlooked the lake. The hosts were very welcoming, the food (and beer) were also excellent. Would certainly recommend.

Reviewed By Ronald010-27A hotel with a view on the Bodensee which is managed by a couple which really understands what hospitality is. In addition they will supply you with good tips for trips. The rooms are very nice and very clean and coffee and tea is freely available throughout the day. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choices. so a 5 star rating is well deserved!
