Reviewed By Neil BWe stayed in the castle themed part of this complex. Facilities are fairly basic but clean and the themed decoration is great for kids. Very well organised reception, and good easy start for visiting the theme park. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Only minor point us the large canteen breakfast room is not very cosy.

Awful experience, inexistent service
Reviewed By 667joseantoniotAwful experience, there is a machine for checking in. There was an issue where the machine was asking for our surname and it would not find our reservation. There is an emergency telephone that nobody answers. Luckily after several tries, with and without accent, uppercase, lowercases, several unanswered calls to the emergency phone we ended entering our name instead and it finally worked. So never again, if you have a problem with the machine on check in do not expect anyone to either help or care at all. So your only chances are just to assume you paid for nothing and either sleep in your car or find another hotel. Disgusting service, dirty carpets (horrible if you have allergies). The awful "socket made" coffee for breakfast. I ended up here because of Legoland, but in case I come back I will pay attention to avoid this hotel

Reviewed By MJPlymouthDevonFirst time that we have stayed in this hotel in Gunzburg, we chose it because we needed a room that could house us together as family of 5. It was only a 5 minute walk to the very quaint central area of Gunzburg, where all the restaurants are located. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was pleasant. The hygiene rules in place, due to COVID made us feel very safe. BUT the service from every member of staff, from the receptionists, waiting staff and cleaners was so friendly, they were all so attentive and pleasant. All spoke English also, a bonus. Highly recommended.

Reviewed By Pierpaolo FPerfect hotel for a family stay. We stayed here two nights to visit legoland. Family oriented with big rooms and toys in the lodging. Great breakfast and parking available. They also run a restaurant (de munz) local specialties tasty and not expensive.

Reviewed By Ivan JGood accommodation for visiting Legoland. Room and bathroom very clean. A rich and delicious breakfast with a very good offer of everything to eat. Next to the restaurant there is a children's playroom which is suitable for children while their parents are having breakfast. Legoland is 5min away by car and only 3min of historic center.

Reviewed By sean oStayed here as a stop gap for legoland initially but found the hotel and the town really nice and pleasant to stay in. 2 bedroom apartments in the hotel were perfect for families. A gem. Would highly recommend this hotel Espically for families.

The only thing done was the garbage was taken out. Room and bathroom were NEVER cleaned on both occasions during the whole stay. Shower drain in both rooms were filthy If we put the dirty towels on the floor, they were not always changed! No one around if you needed something

High price, small service.
Reviewed By Wunderlich99We habe been waiting for 30minutes at the reception with nobody in front of us. Rooms with old furniture, old carpet and wc and bathroom with sink in different locations. The ceeling lamp was broken and had not been replaced. The breakfast was poor, lacking even the basics with not enough bowles, spoons and there was never any staff to help out. This could be a nice Cityhotel but it looks like the owner is understaffing this place.
