Basic but comfortable and clean hotel
Reviewed By ollyjones9I stayed here with some of my friends in February for a ski holiday. Nice communal area with good fire. Rooms were basic but still clean and comfortable. Great location with views of the ski slopes and short walk to lifts.

Reviewed By 81Jolly81Eseguito la prenotazione tramite il sito volagratis che sua volta si appoggia a Booking.com. Pagato con un voucher che copriva l’intero importo della camera. Check-in eseguito su whatsapp inviando documenti d’identità e conferma prenotazione. Avvisato la struttura sul mio arrivo e del pagamento con il voucher ma questo mia correttezza nel essere corretto è stata la mia punizione perché in serata ricevo la chiamata (40 minuti al telefono mentre lavoravo) della signora proprietaria della struttura che mi dice che la mia carta risulta non valida alche ricordo nuovamente che il mio soggiorno è stato pagato con un voucher e ci vogliono dei giorni tecnici per il pagamento ma era come parlare con un muro. Le mie parole non sono state ascoltate alche mi ritrovo a parlare via telefono con un uomo che poi era il marito che si posto in maniera arrogante con parolacce, aggressivo e maleducato. Più volte ho chiesto di parlare con la signora perché non intendevo parlare con una persona maleducata e alterata psicologicamente. Alla signora ho proposta di cancellare la prenotazione a questo punto perché io non potevo cancellarla perché non era rimborsabile ed erano le 22 ed il servizio clienti era chiuso alche mi hanno detto di andare comunque nella struttura “Dicendo in modo sarcastico che al massimo perdevano i soldi” io ho rassicurato dicendo che il pagamento era completato, con prenotazione confermata è che ci volevano i tempi tecnici per il pagamento. Ho proposto alla signora di prendersi 30 minuti è farmi sapere se cancellavano la prenotazione o se potevo soggiornare. Alla fine mi hanno detto che potevo soggiornare perché avevano chiamato Booking.com che aveva confermato quanto detto. Camera pulita, confortevole e colazione accettabile ma check-in da incubo senza rispetto con alto livello di maleducazione. Ovvio non tornerò mai più lì è lascio questa recensione perché il loro atteggiamento deve essere segnalato.

School skii trip
Reviewed By LilyW-JAs a student that had been skiing since I was 3, on black runs by the time I was 7, a school skii trip was my dream trip ( the fact I got to watch everyone fall!) Hotel Galassia Is based right at the side ( middle) of the main red slope ( more like a blue) towards the main ski lift. It’s a 1-2 minute walk depending on how icy the car park is from the hotel to the slope. There is a small food shop and I mean small! Which is just a cross the car park and a 5 minute walk to the skiing hire shop. The hood room is situated at the bottom of the hotel which is nice in some ways yet a little inconvenient as it was a slow and painful walk back to to our rooms if we forgot anything! I’m not a fussy eater generally, I skii in Italy and many other country’s every year but the food there in all honestly wasn’t the best.I mean, I was ok and wasn’t fused much , We ended up getting the menu re done for everyone as non of the other kids on the trip weren’t eating! ( I don’t think they’ve every been abroad !). Room wise, I shared a room with 2 others, it was far bigger then I expected and was pleasantly surprised, for a school tip I think this hotel is decent, yes there were pices here and there that were a little on the unpainted or damaged side but I was ther for the skiing ! As long as I had a compfy bed I was fine! I do suggest getting some more data! I always find deal pakages for when I go on my travels anyway due to me spending all day in the mountains but I know allot of other kids were having to use my hotspot as there wasn’t enough WiFi to hold 150 teenagers not including staff and school teachers. It’s a small area but being in the top group and the highest experienced our af all 150 kids with us, mw and a few others were able to venture off with our instructors to Artezina and a cross the other side too! Some of the views were spectacular, especially if you turn right as you get off the main char loft and head onto the gondola! On that it’s about a 3 minute ride across the mountain with the view of the Alps and the valley below! Our instructor also took us out for the whole day to head further towards the right ( if you look on a pice map) where you go up a steep button lift to see a mountain where at the start of some movies there’s a mountain with start above it, that! It was AMAZING! There are also a few black runs too, like I’ve said, depending of weather they can be icy or they can be all slushy. If you go into the village you can go tubing! I know we did go and we all had to pay €2 but it was epic! All light up disco lights and different heights to tube Down! I also recommend the night skiing! It was a bit more expensive but so worth it! If you get the chance, I would recommend it ! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, as being in year 9 at the time it was a memory I will never forget! The staff were really kind and the pool was great yet you have to wear a cap. I made so many new friends and highly recommend it!

Tuttavia accucciandomi ho trovato sotto al letto, una ciabatta lasciata da qualche cliente precedente e molta, moltissima polvere. Inaccettabile per una struttura di questo genere con questi prezzi. Inoltre la cucina ha il minimo indispensabile per poter cucinare. Mancano parecchie vettovaglie qualora si volesse soggiornare a lungo. L'appartamento è comunque molto bello moderno e riscaldato molto bene

Para World Cup Alpine Skiing
Reviewed By 980synnesSvært enkel standard på leilighetene, med spindelvev i taket og støv over alt. Maten er helt grusom, spesielt for idrettsutøvere. De viser ingen forståelse for at idrettsutøvere trenger mye mat, og maten smaker ingen ting. Et kjøttstykke og ihjelkokte minigulrøtter til middag. Frokosten er også elendig. Vil ikke anbefale dette stedet til noen!
