This restaurant was a lovely surprise recommended by the hotel as their restaurant was closed that evening. The staff could not do enough for us, although they did not speak English they went out of their way to make sure we had a good meal in excellent surroundings. Thank you so much

Homemade traditional food high quality. Nice starter ( acciughe al verde, anchoivies with a green garlic sauce ) and very good main course (filetto lardellato, beef steak with bacon) and a very very good dessert ( tris di dolci, without forgetting hazelnut cake with eggnog ice) wide selection of wine and beers. We fell in love with this place which is not just about the food but the passion for chocolate too.It is very hard to find non meat dishes in Vicaforte but the lady at this restaurant especially made soup and could provide vegan options. The food is delicious and so is the chocolate.Make this a must!

Pranzo domenicale con la famiglia. Dopo un bel po' di tempo dall'ultimo pranzo qui, abbiamo trovato ciò che ci aspettavamo: piatti ottimi, abbinamenti di sapori di grande estro e gusto, cortesia, disponibilità e clima davvero familiare. Le materie prime sono rigorosamente auto-prodotte da Fiorella e Fabrizio nella loro azienda agricola. Poi la trasformazione sempre sotto le loro delicate mani. Meritano tutto il gradimento che hanno. Consiglio di prenotare per tempo.

Great food...the restaurant offers specialities of the area such as anchovies with peppers, polenta, pasta with fresh funghi & many other great tasting food items! Also typical dessert the Bunet which is a pudding-like chocolate cake, worth tasting! A part from the great food, the staff offer a friendly, homely environment. Finally, the price is very reasonable!

We had a wonderful lunch at Al Moretto in August 2014. From the outside, you would never believe that this place is such a little gem... Once inside, you immediately feel comfortable. Decoration is cosy and delicate and everything is refined. Food is home-made, fresh and absolutely exquisite. Service is gentle and very efficient. This is a wonderful restaurant where family with children are welcome. We strongly recommend it to everyone !

In our skiholidays in Frabosa Soprana we were a several times at the bar. It was a very good choice of wines, prosecci and other aperitivi including good food after skiing. Besides that, the people were very friendly and became a nice part for a remarkable holiday.

This place was recommended by the hotel that we stayed at and to all intents and purposes it ticked all the boxes we had aperitif's and a small starter but then the heat and travel of the day took it's toll on my fiancée so we asked to cancel the main dish. fully expecting to pay for all we had ordered I was surprised to find we had not been charged for the main meal, the waitress even called a taxi to get us back to the hotel and checked with the hotel to see that my fiancée was feeling better the next morning.I cannot express my gratitude for the understanding and helpfulness of the waitress and If we are back that way again this place is definitely on our stop list

Excellent wines at super reasonable prices...wonderful menu of local dishes, prepared with a deft hand in the kitchen...my soup of the day, for â¬8 was excellent, and showed what great value this restaurant is, after reading from others that it is somehow expensive....not expensive, good value, and world class wines at amazing prices.

Riunione di amici e pranzo all'aperto... Meno male che hanno chiuso la veranda e installato i funghi per riscaldare dato che abbiamo beccato la tipica giornata di inizio autunno: pioggerella, nebbia, freddo.Però cibo buono e abbondante.Con il sole molto meglio, ma non si può avere tutto!
