Reviewed By MaxDaoudiWish I can mark it in negative 5* This is not even a one star hotel, badly managed with awful, very old & ugly decor. Booked a room with points being a diamond Hilton guest, was given a very small room with very small window - when asked for suite I was told no suites available and the hotel fully booked, check the Hilton app, all different kinds of suites and rooms were available- only when I asked for the manger, then a best suite became available!! No covid measures available of what so ever - surely No Hilton covid policy is applying here !! No access to the parking on foot nor by lift, really crazy setup - a very able, in-fact you would need to be very fit and used to climbing mountains to be able to get out of the parking area to get into the hotel area or street !!! Stoped over for the night - never again .

Reviewed By christianfF1158JBPark Dedeman have hotel rooms with very nice 5 star comfort! But do not book half-board as we did! The hotel is not doing much to satisfy at dinner time! Better to eat your dinner somewhere else! Breakfast is OK!

Reviewed By aarjonesI stayed there for one week with my seven students and students and teachers from two other countries. It was an Incredible experience. Amazing and big rooms, immaculate cleaness, very good breakfast. But the best was the staff. So dedicated collaborators always ready to fulfilled your desires and wishes. The kindness and professionality of the all staff is a thing that I never forget. The last naught we stayed there, the owner and his wife organized a party for us offering cakes and drinks and stayed with us taking photos and sharing memories of their visit to Portugal. Amazing! It is like Turkey! Friendship, beauty, simpathy, kindness!

Reviewed By EVEREST_12I stayed several wyndham versions of Ramada, really no resemblences of the real ones. From the breakfast to rooms all exactly 3 star hotel. Especially breakfast most of them consist of low quality products, so dissapointed I expected from cheese to butter all should be supplied from local products of Elazığ. The best thing is the service on the hotel , staff so kind and helpfull.

Breakfast and dinner meals very delicious. I had great time there. Thank you Marathon hotel staff. This hotel is in the central of Elazig city. It has the parking near from the hotel easily I can park my car. The hotel kitchen has its special traditional meals. The hotel is very calm.
