Hotel has great services provided with friendly and helpful staff, in particular the staff in the restaurant. Well-run Hotel in a remote town
Reviewed By reviewer2011It was a delightful surprise that there is such a nice hotel in a remote town in Yunnan.. This hotel pays attention to details, everything is spotless. The beautiful coaster gift in the drawer was a very nice touch. Kudos to the operation staff. Having fruit delivered in the afternoon is average but having nice plates, silverware and cloth napkin was a real bonus. Unlike hotels in the big city where competition is fierce and access to goods and knowledge is easy, one cannot compare hotels in different environment using the same standard. This hotel is top-quality, even without any competitive pressure!

Nice stay
Reviewed By Dawisiya POwners are very kind and can speak English very well. They helped us arrange trip to Yading and car to Shangri-La Yunnan. If you can’t speak Chinese No problem. Rooms are comfy,nice hot shower,heat blanket. Will stay here again if we have chance to go back.

Sub-standard hot spring experience
Reviewed By SynapsegabaThe hot spring in this hotel is authentic but the temperature of the water is 68 deg C. Opening hours are 730 pm to 1130 pm. When I was there, staff filled the pools but the water temperature hovered 42 to 47 deg C. They should have added cold water to bring the temperature down, rather than have the guests wait till 9 pm. I find that the altitude of the hotel is high and may not be suitable for some people. Hotel provides free oxygen in the room at night to aid sleeping but supply will stop if you open the door or windows. You will have to call reception to reactivate the oxygen. You may be asked to pay 100 RMB deposit but insist on getting a receipt.

Western-Style hotel near Yading scenic area
Reviewed By Casimir YHoliday Inn Express was a good place to recover from all of the climbing in Yading. The rooms were large and comfortable, the staff was helpful (though very limited English), and the food in the restaurant was good, basic Chinese cuisine. I found the restaurant staff to be especially friendly and helpful. My only cautions: there is an expansion going on in the building, and if your room is near it, you hear construction noise. Also, the power went off one night - not for long, though. There is a LOT of new construction going on in the town and surrounding area - visit quick, before it's overbuilt! We caught the public bus, in front of the hotel, to take us the short 10-15 minute ride to the Yading ticket entry complex (5 Yuan each), and also used it for the return. If you prefer to eat out, restaurants in the town are about a 10 minute walk - there are also many hotels located in the town, across the street from the restaurants. If you don't speak Mandarin, I suggest getting a business card from the front desk, withthe Hotel name/address on it - helpful for showing to drivers.

Reviewed By 飞天小组客栈很温馨，设施都很齐全，安静闲适，距离稻城最大的超市步行4分钟，距离白塔景点步行就10分钟，我们转了三圈，记住转塔要单数，至少三圈哦，背靠青杨林，距离雪山广场步行7分钟，晚上有当地人跳锅庄，很好玩的。
