Paulo on the desk was very helpful and mustered me up a room, which I am most grateful for...and helped me with any future cancellation fee. The accommodation was fine, he was very helpful, offered me tea and I would return!

Our Sporthotel Kitz is located in Bruck an der Glocknerstrasse near Zell am See and Kaprun. All our rooms are renovated and with balcony or terrace. We offer a sportsprogramme and a bike rental in summer. In winter the skibusstation is direktly near the hotel to get to Zell am See and the Glacier Kitzsteinhorn.

Reviewed By d3nisa87We were 2 families with one 17 months baby. Everything was great! The Rooms, the breakfast and the dinner, all. All the people from the hotel speak very well english, they are so friendly also. Indeed, we couldn’t connect to the wifi, but this was not a problem for us. Hope to get there NexT year too! Greetings from Romania!

Hidden gem
Reviewed By r0ci0usbeastStayed 3 nights to do the Grossglockner. Easg to find, just off the main road, great food and great room, and free garaged parking for the bike. Good beer too. Station is opposite, so handy for exploring Zell am See, 6 mins and €4.60 away. And theres a few other bars and imbiss in the village, about 10 mins walk away.

Nice ski weekend in Zell am See
Reviewed By ssceleRooms: very nice, spacious, warm and clean. You get only towels in WC, no soap and shampoo... Well, it's apartment so this is OK. Towels and linen are not changed during stay, trash can should be emptied every day...but this was not done. Our trash can was not emptied last 3 days. We didn't report that to owner. We had flat TV, with wide selection of TV channels (even Russian, Chez, Turkish, Serbian channels...). Sleep quality was great. Wi-Fi in rooms is OK, during night hours can be very very slow. Location: 5 min. drive to Areitbahn gondola station. This was not problem to us, but if someone want to go by bus, that can be tricky. Bus goes 3 or 4 times in the morning, only on workdays, no saturday and sunday. So, only car transport. During our stay parking spots in front of hotel were empty, and when they are full, you must use "regular" hotel parking spot, around 100m from hotel, near main road. Neighbour is very quiet, so it's very pleasant place to rest and sleep :) Owner is very helpful, with basic english knowledge but fully operational :) Food: board is All Inclusive. This was very interesting for us, first time in Austria on All Inclusive. That means: all drinks are free from 10h to 21h, if you drink in hotel's restaurant. Selection of beers, sparkling water, some sort of cola, ice tea, wine. Breakfast was just fine, we only missed eggs. After breakfast, you can make sandwiches to bring on slopes, take juice in small tetrapak, chocolate bar and fruit. Everything you need until dinner :) Dinner: choice of salades (with lot of onion in every one), soup, only one kind of meal already prepared and desert. If you have some special requests (no pork, vegetarian etc...) staff will prepare special meal without problems. Dinner was OK most of the evenings, only one evening was very bad. Hotel has sauna, but we didn't use it. So if you want to go on budget and don't think (too much) about food, stay in nice warm pleasant hotel/apartments, and you don't mind to drive (5-6 min) every day to gondola station or Zell Am See, this is perfect place to say.

The most beautifully situated house in the town center! This is how long-time guests describe the location of the house. The charming Landhaus Antonia is quietly located on a small, sunny hill, alone, in the middle of snow-covered meadows. Away from the main street and yet only a 3-minute walk to the town center. Enjoy the afternoon sun on the balcony when the town’s houses are already in the shade! You will love the prospect of that high Tauern until Kitzsteinhorn be enchanted. Only a few residential units for 2, 4 and 6 people. As a family business and ambitious host, we will personally guide you to your apartment. We are available for you almost around the clock and strive to fulfill your wishes.

Die gesamte Familie ist sehr freundlich und versucht individuell auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste einzugehen. Das Apartment war gut gepflegt, sehr sauber und das Bett sehr gut. Nur zu empfehlen! ??

Reviewed By boudewijn2015Afgelopen 3 nachten bij bed and breakfast Landhaus Gassner verbleven in Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse. Een buitengewoon goed verzorgde overnachtingsplaats met een vriendelijke eigenaresse. Het ontbijt is lekker, goed verzorgd en veelzijdig en op eigen verzoek! De kamers worden iedere dag blinkend schoongemaakt, helemaal Top!Verder geeft de eigenaress alle bruikbare informatie wat te doen. Dit Landhuis ligt in het rustige bergdorpje Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse en ligt centraal voor een bezoek aan het mooiste uitzichtpunt van de Grossglockner, de hoogste berg van Oostenrijk. Deze kun jezelf met de auto bereiken ( tegen een tarief van 35 euro ) via de Grossglockner Alpenstrasse. Verder liggen Zell am See, Kaprun en Salzburg ( 75 minuten rijden ) niet ver weg. Kortom een Prima verblijf met een hele Goede Prijs-Kwaliteitsverhouding! Helemaal Top!?

A fabulous farm stay in the mountains
Reviewed By tullyjonesWe decided on a last minute ski trip to Zell am See at half term! All accommodation was booked in the town but luckily this lovely farm had an apartment free. A short drive from the ski area with a ski bus stop a few minute walk away. The apartment was perfect, clean comfortable and very spacious. We couldn't find anything to fault. Kathrin was a wonderful host - very friendly and welcomed us into her home along with her husband, son and Bella the dog... Only regretis we didn't realise we could order fresh bread and milk until our last morning - this would have been a real treat. Would absolutely stay here again if we get to Zell am See again and can't recommend highly enough

Mooi appartement in Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse
Reviewed By brigittebuldMooi appartementen complex aan de rand van Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse. Wij verblijven hier met twee personen. Het appartement is ruim en erg schoon. Het biedt veel privacy. Het enige nadeel is dat er geen fatsoenlijke bank is zodat je lekker kunt zitten.

Great location, big room, nice staff, horrible food
Reviewed By Karel SThis hotel is well placed around 5 minutes by car to Zell am See, 10 minutes to Kaprun. Big room, relatively old furniture, but working. Cleaning of the room could be better (vacuum please more often, dust on almost every shelf in the room). Really nice staff. But the total opposite is the quality of the food. We had half-board, breakfast and dinner. Breakfast starts around was I think between 7-7.30 to 10. We usually came around 9 for breakfast and there was simply nothing, few slides of ham, no hot milk, no eggs, just butter, cheese, jam.... I tried to come earlier and this was really the basic stuff, no scrambled eggs, no bacon, nothing. Also cleaning after previous guests of the restaurant was not good. DINNER - we expected something like buffet style. Really not. Every evening choice of 2 foods - usually some pork with something..... After 3rd dinner we went to McDonald's..... Simply, the food was the worst experience of the 7 day trip. Really bad, not tasty, not good selection. A little bit balanced with the approach o the employees of the hotel.
