Noise and banging my entire stay
Reviewed By Teenuh OThis hotel is nice but our entire 2 night stay was noisy and when the complaint was brought to staff, they did nothing. I even attempted to speak to the other guests - but no luck… the noise just got worse

First Time in Belleville
Reviewed By DHBunkyTonisha Porter and her Staff are definitely "Top Shelf". The Best Western- Belleville accommodated a group of 32 golfers for one week in May. Rooms were awesome and service-on-demand was excellent. I'll be back.

We are located off Macdonald-Cartier Freeway, Highway 401, less than five kilometers from Loyalist College, Shorelines Casino and the Quinte Mall. The Canadian Forces Base Trenton is only 15 kilometers away. Take time to visit the well-preserved Riverside and West Zwick's Island parks as well as Potter's Creek Loop Trail. Nice Hotel
Reviewed By Dunc14New hotel (2 years), very clean, well maintained, comfortable beds, friendly helpful front desk. Good breakfast included. It is a drive from any restaurants which some may find inconvenient. The only suggestion I would make; my husband is allergic to feather pillows and they were not able to provide an alternative (we went out and bought one). Otherwise, great hotel and we would definitely stay again.

There is a casino next door but food may be better in the restaurants down the road . The breakfast is the usual stuff but very neat and I loved the fact that they offered home cooked oats with walnut and raisins ! It was great !

Welcome to the renovated Comfort Inn Belleville. The hotel is conveniently located just south of the 401 and is within walking distance to many restaurants as well as the Quinte Mall. The hotel is a short distance from the Quinte Sports Center (home of the Belleville Bulls OHL team), the Belleville Industrial Park and Loyalist College. Visit the Glanmore House Museum or tour the County. Golfing, fishing and boating facilities are located nearby. Enjoy a free hot breakfast daily in the breakfast room. Items include eggs, bacon or sausage, hot and cold cereals, freshly made waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, assorted bread items, juice, coffee and tea.

Reviewed By hiiomanI asked twice for a microwave in my room as I am here for a week stay. Nope. They did not want to assist. Secondly, I bought vegetables to make my salads for the week. The fridge was on the lowest and it froze all my veggies.

Avoid if possible
Reviewed By 721marlyiI don't usually write a review, but it needs to be stated that if you can avoid staying at the Ramada in Belleville, please do so. Smells of marijuana, room doors do not close properly, and in general, everything felt and looked dirty. This hotel is old and dated and it shows. Room was one temperature - cold - we slept in our coats. The shower was also one temperature - hot - it could not be regulated. Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed.

Hotel completely renovated in early 2011. All rooms now have fridges, microwaves, flat panel TVs and Marriott's new "Green Tea Concept" decor. Largest guestroom in the area. Largest heated indoor pool at any hotel in the city. All rates include a deluxe hot continental breakfast and wireless high speed internet. Great location, right across from Belleville's only shopping mall - The Quinte Mall. Walking distance to fast food and family dining restaurants. Also within walking distance to a family favourite "The Pirate Playground" and the riverside park soccer pitches. Great hotel for leisure travellers and families.
Belleville’s Presidential Suite
Reviewed By Maps22395743202My husband and I have stayed in their Honeymoon Suite (Spa Suite, 1 Bedroom Suite, 1 King, Whirlpool) several times in the past. The large whirlpool tub is lovely. However, the room lacks comfortable furniture and space. It is 440sqft. If you are staying longer than one night, consider booking the Larger Suite, King, Sofa bed. It is the same price but in my opinion it is a better deal. Although it lacks the whirlpool, the space and the size of the suite more than makes up for that. It is 600sqft. Welcome to Room 101. This suite is huge! It is located at the top of the stairs beside the breakfast area but it is extremely quiet and private. You enter into the foyer which has a bench, a mirror, hooks and storage. Then there is a long hallway which leads to the living room. Yes a hallway. Along the way is the bathroom on your right. It is tucked far away from the bedroom and living room…giving you lots of privacy. There is a deep soaker tub, toilet, double vanity and separate shower…and wonderful heat lamp to warm you up in a hurry. At the end of the hallway turn left and continue down the hall into the living room. On your right is a walk-in closet with hangers, luggage rack, extra blankets and pillows, an iron and ironing board. The living room has a pullout couch with pillows, ottoman, club chair, two side tables, office chair, desk, phone, 42” tv, entertainment console, full length mirror, microwave and mini fridge. The bedroom is beside the living room but there is no door. The bedroom has a king size bed, 2 side tables with lamps, luggage rack, 42” TV and TV console which has 3 drawers for clothing. My husband and I were very comfortable for our 3 night stay. It is a perfect room for couples and up to 2 small children. The 2nd TV is a great asset. However, the suite only has one window with an awful view of the parking lot and buildings. Breakfast was just okay. Very limited buffet options but still appreciated. This hotel also has its own awesome Breakfast Lady. She sets the tone for the day. Thank you for being so helpful and cheery. We appreciate you! The front desk staff were hit and miss. We showed up early because the Bonvoy App messaged us to tell us that our room was ready. It was not ready and it made for an awkward first encounter. I felt like an inconvenience. Also one staff member said that they don’t accept cash and the next said no problem. We’re not high maintenance, so no worries. Unfortunately the only negative is the fact that we were not allowed to sit down and eat breakfast, use the gym, pool or hot tub. But we are more than happy to give that up.

Reviewed By Walter241We had read the many bad reviews and were quite apprehensive but needed a place and it was available so we booked. We made sure to see the room before checking in. It was a clean room with all the needed items for a nights stay. Only item that would have been nice would have been a coffee maker. It is an economy lodging place so everything is economy but still completely satisfactory and it was clean and smoke free. We had a good breakfast at the on site restaurant with friendly and prompt service. From our experience no one should hesitate to stay there.
