Reviewed By gentlemanmastermindI stayed there for two weeks and it have been two lovely weeks! Ingrid and Dandang, the owners are so friendly and warmly welcoming. I had the AC-bungalow and it was everything that I needed. The stay includes breakfast, and even though it sounds simple it was just delicious. You also get free coffee, tea and water throughout the day. And if you need any kind of assistance they are more than willing to offer you help. The Home stay is also located a little bit away from everything so you are sure to have a quiet stay and everything is just a short scooter ride away If I come back to BK I’m definitely going to stay here!

The place where you can feel the natural atmosphere during your stay in Batukaras. Aside from the beauty of countryside fisherman village, we also guarantee you to have sunrise in a clear day right in front of your room, and also full moon when the time is right.
Beautiful stay right at the beach
Reviewed By Linda KWe had a perfect time in batu karas at bale karang. The hosts are nice and welcoming. Although their English is a little poor and breakfast is only Indonesian we enjoyed our stay. Luckily the nice staff from the hotel next door could help us with motorbikes, bookings and ojeks. The property is well maintained, each room has a nice balcony and the outdoor bathroom is clean and an adventure itself :) Thank you for a nice time!

Reviewed By baliboarderswe went to batukaras because of surfing and got this place recommended from a friend in bali. the arriving was as friendly as the next days. we stayed for 10 days with kang tammy and the staff. the food from their kitchen is delicious, the barbecue also and the rooms are simple but nice. the whole place outside with the is really beautiful and charming. quiet, natural and really friendly! tammy also organized the transport to and from bandung for us and we traveled with our surfboards, everything no problem!

Rooms and homestays with natural environment, surrounded by locals hospitality and green tropical trees on a small quiet village behind the hill right next to the main surfing point of batukaras, west java. We have a total 8 rooms and 1 wooden villa with 3 rooms, all are designed with natural tropical style so our guests can feel really fresh. 5 Minutes walk to the main point break and 10 minutes walk to the reef break, will make this place a really good deal. If you happen to be here at the right time, you will be able to pick your own fruits like banana, jackfruit, mango, or other fruits that we have on our garden. Don't worry about foods or any small needs, we have a warung in our area providing foods, and most daily needs. You can even order a fish barbeque party

Reviewed By Edwina Rif you want to stay in a hotel near the Batu Karas beach with a very comfortable room (comfy bed and air-con) you may choose Pondok Cowet. they're not including breakfast as their facilities, but the housekeeper's wife can make you a fried rice if you want'em for breakfast or lunch for only Rp10.000,- (+ hot tea). nice place for you to relax because it's quite far from the crowded main street. the cheapest room didn't have hot shower and tv, but i think that's okay, because the bed and the air-con as good as the average room. i can say that this is my first place and forever favourite place to stay in Batu Karas ;)
