Bad experience
Reviewed By zk8525Very basic hotel, more for students or backpackers. Clean, quiet. they offer bottles of water that seem complemtntary, no price indicated, then they charge you. Toilet paper is the cheapest they could find. and that's the whole atmosphere. Fair breakfast and dinner. Wi fi doesn't work in all rooms depite what's promise. My reommendation is to find another place.

Old fashioned (in a good way) fabulous location
Reviewed By AdamFawsittI shall ignore all of the comments about price - you have to realise where you are in Austria and the price is an inevitable function of that. Family owned and run hotel in a beautiful building, good service, rooms a little basic on facilities (or it would’ve been voted excellent) and the best location in town that you could imagine combine to make this well worth a visit. Parking outside the hotel and a lovely terrace overlooking the lake for breakfast are worth mentioning.

Reviewed By s_ndorh262Excellent and quiet location. The lodge was very confortable, clean included sauna, breakfast service from a list on the other hand there was not many choice to eat at evening because the restaurants were closed due to Covid. The reception staff was helpful.

Schöne gemachte Apartments, (leider) verkehrsgünstige Lage
Reviewed By fhoffmannbVon außen nicht besonders gekennzeichnet und direkt an der Hauptstraße durch Puchen gelegen muss man bei Anreise in der Dunkelheit schon sehr aufpassen, dass man das Haus nicht verpasst. Die Apartments sind recht neu renoviert und mit Geschmack eingerichtet und recht großzügig. Es gibt unterschiedliche Zimmergrößen, die größeren Zimmer sind in der 1. Etage die ich empfehlen würde. Wermutstropfen: durch die Lage direkt an der Hauptstrasse sollte man nicht lärm-empfindlich sein, denn wenn morgens die Motorrad-Clubs vorbeifahren, merkt man das deutlich auch wenn die Fenster neu und gut sind. Die Preise sind für die Region durchaus fair, insofern insgesamt ein ordentliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Vedie to Roman Rajták a berie to ako svoj relax a oddych od blázinca na Slovensku.Nebolo to prvý krát čo sme tam boli a môžem povedať, že nám vždy vyšiel maximálne v ústrety. Či to bolo ohľadom informácií alebo prípravy stravy na hodinu , ktorú sme si povedali aby bola maximálne čerstvá. Privíta Vám domácou frndžalicou a hneď odpovedá na Vaše všetky dotazy. Človek má dojem, že sa posunul v priestore a vlastne tam necestoval autom alebo podobne. Jedine čo mu vyčítam ale len obrazne , že zachoval pôvodný ráz penziónu a ja pri svojich dvoch metroch si búcham hlavu do zárubní. PS: Posteľ mal aj pre mňa dosť veľkú...

Reviewed By Esther ZFantastic Dinner very good wines and good service! We had a very good meny of the season . The fresch seasons Boletus "steinpilze" fresch fried in butter as a starter with a good wine savignon kugel. Thenafter the seasons dish! Always one of the best restaurant in the area!

Don’t bother
Reviewed By WorthlyWe stopped here on a Thursday evening to just have a beer. The waiter said that all tables were reserved and they had no bar. They had empty tables outside, but still the answer was no. We even said that we would be no more than 30 minutes—a quick stop on a long trip, and he declined. Mind you, the restaurant with more than 20 tables in it had 3 guests. So, don’t bother.
