Reviewed By danielpP4521KSThis is my first time here and: - The pool smells like pure bleach - the internet did not work; I could not connect none of my devices to the internet. - the rooms had very poor lighting at night - The room lacked most of the kitchen aids needed for cooking etc. I apologize for being so negative, but if you di not provide a service that impresses at first sight, you just don’t make it. Well, this place just did not make it for my stand point of view

The Eco Cabins are located out of the Algarrobo Tsunami evacuation area, in a 1/2 ha parcel of land, distant 1 km from the main commercial centre and two km from the main beaches. Placed in a natural environment, they offer a unique oportunity to enyoi the beach and the rural area. Parking, barbecue areas and DIRECT TV HDsatellite TV on all Eco Cabins.

Reviewed By ImpresionistThere are not many places an hour from SANTIAGO where you can just cut off and relax. This is definitely one of them. The log cabins are clean and impeccable with perfect bathrooms. The pool is perfect for just being lazy and reading. There are three common hot tubs at 40 degrees. There is a sauna and for a respectable price of 40usd you can have a good 45 minute massage. In the evening there is a common BBQ area and you can cook your own bbq. Maria Angelica and her husband are absolutely charming and breakfast (included) is copious. What more can one want to relax. ? Yes there were minor details. 1 of the 2 bikes was broken and there were no working ping pong balls. I am sure they will work on correcting these details. Overall a great experience and would willingly return. Enjoy!

Very poor customer service - Unprofessional
Reviewed By Ben RFor Valentine's Day we rented out a room with Pao Pao only to find out that they gave away our reservation only days beforehand. Imagine already purchasing bus tickets and making travel plans only to find out via email (via an intermediary not even Pao Pao directly) that your reservation was cancelled. After calling to try to understand why the reseravtion was cancelled we were informed that is how their system functions. Overall just a poor and disappointing experience overall.

You can to find the greatest swimming pool in the world and the beaches are free for the people. There're accommodations a little expensive and the car park isn't cheap but it works with the quality of the beach. You can to face the gigant waves or to do sports like zumba, etc.
