Great brand, but few downs
Reviewed By amjad2021I’ve chosen this hotel over others despite the high price comparing with many, because I wanted to stay in a well-known brand hotel after a tough stay in local hotel, but I was surprise that the emergency line in the hotel do not have at least a painkiller or paracetamol! And the staff advices me to Google a nearby pharmacy, which most of them are closed because of eid holiday. Anyway, I would choose doubletree as a hotel to stay again, but not in Turkey.

Reviewed By 642vahidhI stayed at sera lake resort for 9 days. Nice staff, perfect view and delicious breakfast. The cleanliness is amazing and if you rent a car in Trabzon you won't face any transit problem from hotel to city.

Reviewed By Edina JThe hotel is located in a very nice and quite district, so it is easy to relax here. You can live in a very traditional historical buliding, with beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and nice. Also the hotel is a really good restaurant with affordable prices, you can ask them anything and they will help. It is hard to reach on foot, so the easiest is to go there by car or taxi.

Reviewed By Enes SArtıları; Fiyat uygun oda+kahvaltı 150₺ ve otantik bir yer Eksileri; Aracınız yoksa ulaşımı zor tepede bir yerde, aracınız varsa yine biraz yorar navigasyon dolandırıyor yeni yollar güncellenmemiş, oda ısınma klima ile yapılıyor biz iki oda tutmuştuk biri ısındı biri ısınmadı ve klima sesiyle uyumak zorundasınız, ahşap bir yapı olduğu için malesef haşere vardı odada ve her adımınızda gıcırdayan bir zemin wc’ye gittiğinizi herkes öğreniyor:) Mehmet efendi konağı merkez resepsiyon orda biz baya bir kanoğlu konağında bekledik gelen olmayınca sağa sola baka baka bulduk geç giriş yaptığımız için gece karanlığında ve soğukta biraz sorun oldu. Kahvaltı fix tabak geliyor fena değil ama kahvaltıda nesscafe veya türevi olmaması benim için sorundu ekstra 12₺ ödeyerek türk kahvesi içtim.

Amazing experiences
Reviewed By AgotaT2015I spent 4 nights in the hotel. My room was clean, with a comfy bed, and amazing sea view. The staff was very kind, they answered my questions very fast before my arrive, and the were helpful during my stay. Very good breakfast,/ i love the menemet :) / the view from the restaurant is amazing too. The sea is just some steps, so i swam early morning, late evening anytime... Great value for money, i am sure that i will go back again. Just one small thing, a turkish coffe will be nice :)

Reviewed By 918cansub2 gün kaldık sadece. O da mecburen parasını verdiğimiz için. O kadar pisti ki odaları. Yatak odasında 3 tane örümcek vardı öyle düşünün. Bir de temizlik hep yapılıyor deniliyor. Ayrıca banyo su içindeydi. Duşun yarısında su kesildi. Sıcak su dahi yok. Güya villa tipi. Çalışanların oranın müdürünün hatta iletişimi sıfır. Kibarca iletişim kurmaya çalıştık. Acaba temizlik yapar mısınız örümcek duruyor dememize rağmen terslendik. Ayrıca sıcak su gelmiyor acaba bakabilir misiniz dediğimizde de iki aydır burada kalanlar olmadı şimdi mi oldu ya sizde diyor. Suçlandık bir de. O kadar para verecekseniz burada kalmayın. Pansiyon bile daha iyi burdan. Asla gitmeyin. Boşa para.
