Die sich gegenüberliegenden Häuser an der Magistrale in Frankfurt (Oder) wurden in der Zeit vom 4. August 1956 bis 1963/1964 errichtet. Diese errichteten Wohnblöcke besaßen im Erdgeschoss jeweils Platz für Geschäfte,Läden, Cafes und Restaurants.
