Like many other reviewers here, I spent a long time doing my research, I found Diana through the reviews of others. I approached them 6 months prior to my purchase. I had many questions, and Mona answered all of them with patience and friendliness. After all my inquiries I didn't purchase my ring immediately. Six months later I was ready to buy my ring, and with the same kindness and honesty, Mona was consistent with all her answers. I ordered my stone while in being outside the UAE, never saw the actual stone until a couple of weeks later when I came to Dubai to collect it. Not even once I had any doubt or fear that I might not get a beautiful stone. They did not let me down, it was beyond my expectations. Mona advised me very well, and the stone was way more beautiful than I expected, and without breaking the bank. They are lovely down to earth people, who know they business very well and are able to respect people's budgets without imposing something more expensive, and are happy to explain you everything you need to know about understanding diamonds to how to take care of it.
