Our family did Great Aunt Gertrude’s Gazillions and had so much fun! We escaped w only a few minutes to spare, the “helpful hint” buttons were nice, as with those you could have as many or few clues as you needed. Overall, it was a great experience and the management is great as well.

Ctrl V Waterloo

We have been to this location SO many times! Sometimes we just go as a couple and sometimes bring the kids. It is THE best hour that you will have. The staff is always friendly and are always around if you need help. In fact, sometimes they know you need help before you do. I highly recommend this place. Since quarantine began, I don’t know how many times we’ve looked at eachother and said “I miss VR”. I cannot wait to go back once we are able! I honestly cannot say enough great things about this place. PS Arizona Sunshine is the best game :)

Did this for the first time with a group of family/friends, and it ended up being sooo much fun! None of us had ever done it before and our coach was great at teaching us techniques and he was also really fun, joked with us, had us play games and put us on teams against eachother...he made sure we were always having a good time throughout the evening! The building was also nice, new and clean. There’s a wing place right upstairs if you want food (the wings are just ok but it’s the closest) and you can bring the food right down and eat it in there. They also sell drinks. It was a great night out and we will definitely return!

We did the Purple is the New Black online escape room (with a bunch of 13 year old boys) and staff were amazing. A few of the kids had never been to an escape room before but were able to participate because Jess was such a wonderful facilitator. The room itself was excellent. We really enjoyed our game.

Pin Up Arcade Bar

Reviewed By Hug_The_Mouse

I had no idea PinUp existed until I went there as part of a work function. That night in October it was fairly busy with a big student crowd due tfor it's proximity to the University. I only stayed for an hour, then I had to leave to catch my ride. I vowed to return. Finally had the opportunity to visit again a few days before Christmas. Had a great time playing the over 12 pins and dozen or so cabinet video games, and 3 Skee Ball games. The crowd on a Saturday afternoon includes more families with small kids. The games are in good repair. The Pinball sélection is outstanding. Deadpool, AC/DC, Star Trek, Star Wars, Metallica, Super Mario, Iron Maiden, Guardians of the Galaxy, several old electro mechanical pins. All you can play for only $5...that's right, $5. I smelled something good wile I was playing so I asked for a menu and ordered a Burger and Fries from the Frat Burger menu. It was great. Had a beer too, great selection of canned beer. Young lady holding down the bar was nice and friendly. Fun place to spend a couple hours. Can't beat the price. Be sure to buy some drinks and/or food to support this awesome business. Highly recommend Pin Up Arcade.

Landmark Cinemas 10 Waterloo

Reviewed By dkpotter - Kitchener, Canada

We don't normally go to movie theaters. In fact several years since we went. Our adult daughter was going to see Mary Poppins and we decided to tag along. We were very surprised at the cleanliness of the lobby, it was so bright and welcoming; the theatre was very comfortable, clean, fresh air. We would definitely consider going again. Also we didn't feel it was over-priced for seniors.
