Afterwards, you’ll be able to browse our distillery shop and stock up on your favourite Chase spirits to enjoy at home. Please check our online booking calendar for availability.
Was given tasting kit and tour for Christmas. Brilliantly well presented live on Zoom, great hosts, showed you how to make Bramble cocktail and several other drinks from the miniatures provided in pack (Vodka, sloe Gin, Marmalade Gin, Pink Grapefruit and GB Gin, two bottles of Fevertree tonic) and gave guided tour and talk. Great for a party and fun interaction - done really well during COVID lockdown and much needed relief!

We are a cider shop and bar set in beautiful countryside just off the main Abergavenny to Hereford Road. We have views of the Sugarloaf, Skirrid and Black Mountains. We have a range of award winning ciders and other local produce. Enjoy a glass of cider whilst watching Peregrine Falcons and other birds of prey from our sun deck (weather permitting!)
A bit off the main roads, so you will need to plan to get there. Local ciders and perry, various styles and strengths available to buy in the shop along with other local produce. If passing pop in for a pint, if staying locally go and get some flagons for your stay. If you notice the music and Reading Festival posters, they are there for a reason, and Alex is an excellent guy to chat with if you know your BritPop era!

We are Wye Valley Brewery... Award-winning, family-owned British brewery of original craft beers. Since 1985 we've been producing the very best cask, keg and bottle beers, using the finest ingredients, including locally-grown hops. We are also a staunch supporter of the Great British pub, where our beers can be enjoyed in the company of friend.
We visited as part of our local pubs brewery visits, having done some previously I know some are more interesting, generous than others. Trips can also be booked by public, so it is not just through pubs you can get this offer. We arrived 6.45 and were greeted by friendly staff and owner and welcomed into the reception/bar, which had a pub feel about it. We were immediately asked what we wanted from the entire selection of brews they do. They had put on snacks and nibbles and we were not rationed to what you could drink, although we were not greedy either. Trying the beers, stout and lager they produce we could ask questions about the ales. The owner provided an entertaining slide show of the history of his fathers business, then we were escorted round the site and had a very informative tour. Returning to the bar we were given ample more drinking time and also time to look in the on site shop, where shirts of all descriptions were sold at very reasonable prices and of good quality. You could also buy the bottled ales. A very informative and entertaining evening had by all, thank you.

Just moving to Bromyard, people told me to check out this fabulous food shop. They do everything I like all in one place. They have a great selection of cooked meats, chutneys, honeys, cheeses etc. Its a bit pricey in some ways, but I always say you only get what you pay for, and the quality is second to none. Lovely staff, snd you csn also get local ciders, gins and vodkas from the local Chase Distillery, well worth a visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cider experience. We began walking through the orchard tasting different apples. We were then shown the whole cider making process from start to finish. And finished with bread, different local cheeses, chutney and crisps washed down with trying lots of different ciders. Thank you Paul.
