we picked up all , , start by crossing the border into Jordan with full assistance, and driving through the unique desert landscape of Wadi Rum. On arrival to Petra, you’ll enjoy a tour of the magical site, Walk through the Siq, a narrow gorge one kilometre long filled with interesting niches, shrines and carvings. Running alongside the length of the Siq are water channels carved by the Nabateans to provide water supply for their people. From here, the ancient city awaits. Sites you’ll discover along the way include The Obelisk Tomb, Treasury, Jabal Madbach (the sacrificial palace), Tombs, Theater and Mountaintop Tombs. After exploring Petra we’ll have lunch at an Arabic style restaurant, with authentic local cuisine. From here we head south towards Aqaba where we’ll tour the city, passing en route through the incredible landscape of Wadi Rum, stopping for a short while, before returning to the border in Eilat.
Inclusions: Private transportation, Lunch, WiFi on board, Bottled water
Exclusions: All Fees and Taxes, Border fee of 65 USD per person and visa fee of 60 USD per person
An easy company to communicate with and the owner is eager to please. We organised our trip via email and it went smoothly, apart from a grumpy taxi driver on the way. Taxi pickup from central Aqaba followed by a guided tour of Wadi Rum with a local Bedouin, who was good. We spent two hours in the desert, but it was barely enough. Three would have been better.

Dahab provided a great day tour from Aqaba and were extremely accomodating when my flight to Aqaba was cancelled and I needed to move the tour back an hour. Our lovely driver was early and efficient, happy to stop for snacks on the long drive to Petra (as we had an early flight and missed breakfast) and found us a brilliant guide on sight. We had a fantastic day and a great experience seeing the spectacular Lost City and I'd recommend Dahab Safari Day Tours to anyone, especially for the price in comparison to competitors.

The Dead Sea is 75 kilometers long and from 6 to 16 kilometers wide. It is fed by the Jordan River, but it has no outlet. As its name suggests, the Dead Sea is entirely devoid of plant and animal life. This is due to an extremely high content of salt and other minerals—350 grams of salt per kilogram of water, as compared to about 40 grams in the world’s oceans. This concentration is caused by a rapid rate of evaporation. These natural elements give the waters of the Dead Sea certain curative properties, recognized since the days of Herod the Great over 2000 years ago.
Inclusions: Air-conditioned vehicle, Lunch, All Fees and Taxes

Thank you so much Jordan Horizons Tours for your prompt and unquestioned refund of the full deposit paid for our planned trip. We were so disappointed to miss this trip - but the pandemic changed so many plans for so many people. Our shore excursion from Aqaba for 12 people ( 6 couples) had been meticulously planned with Andrea by email. We definitely would like the opportunity to visit Jordan in the future - perhaps a longer trip, not just a shore excursion. Absolutely recommend Jordan Horizons Tours and would book with them again
