Our apartmenthouse is 10 minute walk from the thermal lake and the city center.High-quality, spacious, nicely furnished, radiating harmony, apartments with separate entrances. The apartments have kitchen-living room-dining room functions, parquet floor bedroom, bathroom with bath, separate toilet. In addition, there are studio apartments and two bedroom apartments as well. Partly own terrace.Our apartments are suitable for a couple of days of travel, a two-week holidays, but just a few months, longer stays. Families, couples, groups of friends alike is recommended.Equipment: satellite TV, DVD player, refrigerator, electric hotplates, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hair dryer, kitchen utensils.Wellness area with sauna, massage, outdoor jakuzzi, tea-corner. Bycicles and ping-pong table are available.

Reviewed By Nguyet JIsabelle was an excellent host and the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The surrounding gardens were a delight too and the apartment is a good walking distance from the thermal lake. Would definitely recommend!

Reviewed By morciandszamiWe spent only one nighz in this very clean and comfoftable hotel. The hotel is currently in renovation but zhe personal is doing his best. After the renovation the hotel will be just superb. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable. Everything is very clean. The breakfast is not the best but iz is tolerable. Thw hot3l has its own cl9sed park8ng place. I can just recommend the venue.

Reviewed By ANTOPOLLYQuesta bellissima Villa è situata leggermente in collina Comunque il centro si raggiunge il massimo 10 minuti. Ambiente pulitissimo e molto ben curato. Stanze spaziosissime quasi monolocali.. Ci sono molti servizi tra cui la piscina. Colazione ricca e abbondante dal dolce al salato. La signora che gestisce l hotel è molto cordiale e disponibile...parla poco inglese e meglio il tedesco. Se volete l alternativa al solito albergo Villa Fortuna è quello che cercate

Rude behavior of the owner
Reviewed By travel12345282We booked the hotel for one day , while travelling with children and owner cancelled it with no reason. Communication with the owner was very bad, he did not explain anything and was very unpolite.Maybe he had client for longer stay, but he behave very unprofessional and for sure I would not reco this place.

Preis Leistung voll ok! Liegt sehr zentral Samstag, Sonntag kleiner strassenmarkt 5 min.vom Hotel entfernt!

Unicum Apartment house has earned its name on the basis of its unique architectural style. It is situated on the green-belt of Heviz 800 metres from the famous spa lake. It was built in 2003 and it was given title of "The most beautiful house of Heviz" in 2004.
Execellent services and friendly staffs
Reviewed By Fuesane CThe owner couples and the staff here are so friendly and helpful. We called to the reception 2 weeks before we came and talked to them, they gave us all kinds of information about how to get here from Budapest, and local point of interests, and what to prepare. After we got here, they help us to get around the Heviz and Keszthley. They even help us to get ride share back to Budapest which costed only two-third of the train ticket but faster and door to door service. As this is our first time traveling in Hungary, they gave us wonderful experience and memories about Hungary, Heviz, and Keszthley. We stayed at apartment 14 at third floor. It is very roomy and good furnishes.

Házunk a fürdőtől alig 300 méterre az I-es üdüllőövezetben található. Csendes utcában épült, északi fekvésű lakrészeinek balkonjai gyönyörű parkra néznek. Rendelkezésre áll lakosztályonként egy autó részere garázs. Igény szerint vezeték nélküli internetet (wifi-t) biztosítunk. Hosszabb tartózkodás alatt kérésre takaritás, ágynemű és törölköző váltás.
