Reviewed By winitangaThe room was very clear and comfortable with everything you need. In addition to the rooms there is a kitchen with a fridge, microwave etc., open terrace, water cooler, you can also borrow the iron. Without extra call to the hotel staff it is impossible to get there.

Reviewed By dmitrym512Отель подойдёт для всех - для семьи, пар, компаний и одиночек. Уютные номера-апартаменты с балконом. Комфортная температура в номере, мягкая постель, чистое белье. Убирали каждый день - мы на горе, приходим - все чисто. В отеле есть трансфер, регулярный, гости часто им пользовались. Везёт на сектор А, откуда, в принципе, можно попасть и в В и Е. Был включён завтрак - все очень вкусно, особенно каши. Отель выглядит большим, вместительным, но не было проблем ни с парковкой, ни с лифтом, ни с местами на завтрак. Однозначно рекомендую. 5 баллов из 5!!!

Reviewed By sk8triplejsAfter not making it to the original Budget Hotel that we booked we were eventually transferred to this Unique location. Great walking distance to pretty much everything you can think of. Access to buses, grocery & parks. They have 24hr staff on sight with WiFi, although the WiFi is slow its better than nothing. The place is hard to find the first time but after you figure out your location its very easy, except several UBERS had a hard time finding us, be sure to wait an order the Uber on the street corner.. Rooms clean, shower is awesome, beds not so comfy but you have a mini frig and microwave with a desk & table. NO breakfast & NO room for parking a rental car & not much of a view. Staff was always willing to help & not afraid to use google translate as no English. Its a safety issue i know, but the down fall was having to push a button and wait to be let in to the building. It would be great if they could have a electronic key card on outside for visitors to get into the building.

Заселяемся только в Бастион. всегда приветливые, улыбчивые и гостеприимные девочки:) всегда исправный интернет, что не может не радовать. квартиры чистые и опрятные;)) Стараемся селиться в 16 и 12 дома-там вид не Енисей:)

Reviewed By Cathal BAfinsky Kvartal is an apartment hotel with multiple apartments in a new red brick building that houses a supermarket on the ground floor. Staff hardly spoke any English, but friendly and helpful nonetheless. The apartment we stayed at was a typical Russian studio apartment, but twice the size of the ones we've seen elsewhere in Russia. Includes a very spacious kitchen, bathroom and balcony, all in pretty good condition. Also excellent location: it's just a 5-10 walk from the city center. Recommended, also for longer stays (weeks). Only minor downside: couch was not very comfortable.

Reviewed By Nicole MHaving just returned from a trip to Tomsk as part of a longer stay in Russia I'm so pleased I picked to stay in Irina's wonderful apartment. Safe, secure, relaxing, spacious and modern, it was easy to find my way to the main street (5 minutes walk) and the main attractions in the town. The flat is well equipped for a long stay - although I was only there for two nights, I would have stayed longer if I could. Irina could not have been more helpful. I thoroughly recommend this apartment!
