Reviewed By jonathanangWe stayed at Fraser Suites Shenzhen for three nights in August 2020. Upon arrival, we were upgraded by one category to a one-bedroom suite - a very nice touch. The suite itself was extremely spacious, with a kitchenette/dining area, washing machine/dryer, separate bedroom, and two very spacious closets. A deep, large bath was also available. The kitchenette was supplied with cutlery, cooking utensils and laundry detergent powder. The 22-metre rooftop infinity pool was never crowded, and afforded some excellent views of Shenzhen Central Park and Futian CBD. Service was generally very good throughout, especially at the front desk. A fascinating feature of this hotel were two robots who were on standby to deliver any takeaway orders directly to your room - a very nice and convenient touch, as hotels in China usually require guests to either collect takeaway orders in person at the entrance of the hotel. The shopping mall right next door provides a great selection of restaurants and shops, and the hotel itself is located right adjacent to the electronics district of Shenzhen. All in all, a very comfortable and affordable stay. We were looking towards somewhere which had a more of a luxury serviced apartment feel instead of a hotel, and we were certainly not disappointed in the slightest.

Reviewed By Woosung SSpent one night at Marriott Executive Apartment Shenzhen on the first day of Spring Festival together with family and friends. Due to the sudden case arising in Shenzhen, many restaurants are closed so we chose to stay at the hotel where we can do home cook. Eventually, we brought our own utensil but there were enough equipments placing in the hotel already. Upon arrival, many staffs were very helpful with check in (Mandy, Irene, and Aiden) and our stuffs delivery to room. This hotel will be one of the best choice if you plan for staycation, especially if you like to get away home and cook.

The clouds Apartment is positioned in Shuiwan 1979 Program,next to Exit D in Shuiwan stop of Subway line 2. In close proximity to SeaWorld Business District, Shenzhen Bay Port and Shekou Cruise Center, the apartment enjoys both superb geographic location and convenient transport connections. It is also only 40 minutes’ drive from Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport.

Highly Recommended and price is extremely cheap and great views from your apartment

Big disappointment
Reviewed By Antarktis45After having stayed at lovely Fraser Suites in Shenzhen I chose this apartment complex with the same high rating. But what a difference! They hardly speak any English, you need to translate everything with your app, the apartment was disgustingly unmade/ super dirty in the bathroom. They didn’t explain a rather complicated system to get to the lovely gym and swimming pool and the Wi-Fi password was wrong. The kitchen in the apartment was completely unequipped, neither glasses, nor cutlery, plates, cooking ware, whatsoever. No trashcan in the kitchen, you need to ask for everything extra. While this place is only a year old it looks a bit run down already. There is no breakfast room, you get your breakfast supplied to your room and you need to decide in advance when you want it served. I wish I was back to my old hotel!

Reviewed By 满大人在路上概：位置佳，面积大，卫生良好，设备很新很全，服务不错，有免费停车，五星推荐。 出差，深圳。 早知道深圳的公寓做的很好很出名，所以出差深圳非常开心，终于可以去体验深圳的商务公寓了。 在网上找了近一个小时，终于选定了果果，因为他们家开业时间不长而且评论不错，另外就是离我办事的地方比较近了。 预订成功后酒店前台打来电话确认行程并且详细的告知了路线。 果果公寓位于深圳福田区下沙滨海大道旁的京基滨河时代大厦中，距离海边只有不到一公里的距离，离地铁站车公庙站同样也是一公里的距离，位置很好。 从香港做火车到福田（落马洲站）口岸下车过关，轻松找到之前在**的租车点拿到车。驾车10公里来到果果的楼下。通过电话后3分钟店长便下楼找到我并带领我把车停进了地库。因为公寓开在这栋大厦内，所以停车是免费的，这一点很好。 下车后店长说因为深圳展会房间定的很满所以给我免费升级到海景房，这算是一个小惊喜吧，我的运气不算好，在香港和深圳被连续两次升房已经可以让我窃喜一下了。 在前台交了200押金后大约3分钟的样子迅速办完入住手续，被告知房间再另一个单元，便拖着箱子过去入住了。前台有一个小的休息区，沙发、茶几、鲜花，看上去很舒适自在。 这里有个小小的遗憾，虽然前台和店长给我讲了到达客房的路径，但并没有派人带我过去，当时前台并不忙，没有其他客人，这个服务完全可以做到，希望未来改善。 从前台坐电梯下到五层空中花园，再走到隔壁单元上电梯来到客房。 开门的一瞬间感觉比较惊喜，房间非常宽敞明亮，站在门口视线就能穿过客厅和卧室看到外面的海，果然是海景房。 房型是一室一厅的（后来了解到这个大厦是精装修的房型所以所有房间的装修都是标准的），进门左手是厨房和放洗衣机的生活阳台。 厨房，配备了洗菜池、微波炉和两眼灶具，但是没有锅碗瓢盆等厨具和调料等等，所以对于短期租住的人来说基本是摆设，只有微波炉可以偶尔打热一下打包回来的剩菜剩饭之类。 洗衣机对于经常出差的我来说是非常贴心的，这能够保证出差途中每天都能穿上干净的衣服，尤其是在比较炎热的季节，不过如果能再搭配放上一小袋洗衣粉就更完美了。 客厅约有15平米上下，一组书作、一组沙发、一组电视柜上放着电视和鲜花还有两个放置各种遥控器和台灯的小茶几，整个布置看起来很温馨，就像进入一个朋友的家一样自然。 客厅一角是浴室，洗手盆旁边摆着洗漱用品和吹风机，备品的种类不太多但是足够用。 玻璃杯拿起来看了一下，有些污渍，这是对果果房间唯一一个不太满意的地方，希望店家能尽快解决问题。 马桶清洗的比较干净，卷纸放在冲水按钮的位置被马桶盖挡在后面，坐在马桶上的时候及难拿到，不知道开发商装修的时候是怎么想的？！ 旁边淋浴房花洒有冷热水标识，因为是家用燃气热水器供水，所以热水约6秒出水。洗发水沐浴液的盒子像快捷酒店一样装在墙上。 浴室提供俩个条毛巾和一条浴巾，没有发现防滑垫。毛巾很新，比较柔软，明显感觉是新开业不久。 卧室，大约18平米的样子。一张1.8米双人大床一个大衣柜和两个床头柜是卧室里的所有家具。床垫很舒服，比较厚，中等偏硬，更像家里床垫的感觉，是我喜欢的。 床单很干净，没有找到污渍。两个软枕头，不是很喜欢，因为懒所以没有问前台有没有硬的，直觉应该会有。 衣柜很大，里面挂着6个衣架2个裤架，但衣架有三种样式，看上去有点显乱，我猜测有可能是前面的客人留下来的，如果能收一下就更好了。 第二天一早出门前电话给前台说了没有防滑垫的事情，晚上回来发现缺少的浴巾、防滑垫都备齐了，另外还放了一管新的高露洁牙膏，很赞！ 第三天退房的时候因为时间很紧张，致电前台得到反馈说不用查房直接还钥匙退押金就好，心里还是很满意的。不过感觉如果不用查房的话其实是可以免去收押金的环节让入住时间更快捷的。 整体说几点： 1、房间里的灯很多，适合各种需要使用； 2、整个房间共5组墙插，略少，建议备插线板； 3、整体卫生不错，对于一个几十平的一室一厅来说打扫成这个样子已经不错了； 4、WIFI没有死角，平均下载速度19Mbps，上传速度1Mbps，速度中等够用； 5、跟同事选择的同在一个大厦中的公寓相比，果果房型一样，价格差不多，但房间内的软装明显好于其他，此外洗衣机也是亮点； 6、服务不错，电话给前台问路后几分钟还会接到回拨的电话问有没有找到地方； 7、要吐槽一下找路的问题，因为车放在地库，从到店一直到离店，一直分不清地库、大厦前大门那个是B栋哪个是C栋的门，太难找了。 8、我定的含早的房间（价格会不一样），拿着早餐抵用券去楼下对面的小餐厅吃饭，这家餐厅服务真心不好，忘了做我点的东西还说不能退，老板管理太差； 9、最后，由于开业才几个月，所以房间内还会有一点点味道，要求太严苛的同学慎重选择，个人预计2015年6月前后味道就会散的差不多了。 最后，这次深圳公寓的体验总体来说还是非常好的，深圳的公寓做的非常规范，而且性价比很高，很适合差旅人士选择。

居家一样的感觉
Reviewed By muyuzi315公寓在凤凰印象花园, 原来比较荒芜, 现在很热闹了,旁边有餐饮和娱乐, 电影, 购物的什么, 居住环境很好了. 公寓是两室一厅的房间, 装潢用的黄色的基调, 地板和墙纸都是黄色的.里面的设施是全的,像个装修好的住家一样. 电视在客厅里面, 液晶挂墙, 无线网覆盖, 网速不错. 卫生做的很出色, 包括厨房都很干净. 床都很大, 晚上睡觉感觉很好, 不足就是隔音有点问题, 晚上有时候窗外有声音.
