Went to check this restaurant to celebrate my friend bday who’s visiting from Korea,The Manager mister.Razvan has been very helpful from the very beginning...i sent him an email for enquiries and got he’s prompt reply and all the information I needed,the service quality is definitely one of the best in the city,Max the waiter that served us that night gave us good recommendation and was very friendly and greeted us with a smile,this restaurant does not only excel in service but also a good quality of food,we order M6 steak,salmon,and some appetiser and side dishes and they all taste very good than I expected...this restaurant also have a quiet and nice ambience which is very hard to find in a city like Shenzhen....recommended for a nice fine dining and a romantic night with your love one. :)

A simple dish is never simple in Paletto, but carefully thought and prepared. If 8 1/2 Otto e mezzo bombana hong Kong is three stars Michelin, you deserve it as well. You are the best Italian in Shenzhen, arguably the whole Mainland.

Even it is just buffet, when it comes with nice view of original sea and beach view, plus tasty food and relaxed vocation, I feels so good to have dining experience here. The restaurant is spacious and children could move around and with open sea version, they are much more easily to stay in their seats and eat. Price is ok if you are not so price sensative during vocation.

After working for a few days at a nearby company conference, it was a nice to enjoy a family dinner at the Italian restaurant at the Sheraton hotel in Daimeisha. We started with an appetiser if mozzarella and tomato following by 2 mains, a fish and a beef course shared with our son. The dinner was finished with a plate of fruit, all served efficiently without fuss by the staff in the eatery. Definitely recommend.

After seeing the favourable reviews on Trip Advisor, we were expecting this restaurant to be much better than it was. The setting in the basement is dark and like a cafeteria. The staff seemed surprised that we were there and we did not feel welcome. The food lacked flavour and was very bland.

Having become enamoured of BAIA Burger Concept in COCO Park, I decided to give this other BAIA establishment a try. I’m happy to report that it boasts the same excellence as its sister place, but with a more extensive menu that features many Mediterranean and Italian dishes. Everything we tasted was flawless. My fife had the most tender and tasty gnocchi have ever sampled while I indulged in an a mouthwatering salmon fettuccine plate. The salmon had a pure, fresh taste and was served with a tomato sauce that perfectly complimented its subtle seasoning. And the fettuccine was perfectly al dente.
The manager was gracious and had a fine command of English, while our waiter, Pau (newly arrived from the Philippines), could not have been more friendly or attentive. As is the case at BAIA Burger, the owners know that service must be of the highest standard — yet relaxed enough to allow one to savor the wonderful cuisine.
BAIA again asserts itself as one of Shenzhen’s best. One can’t go wrong here.

It’s my first time at Tequila Coyotes here in Shenzhen and I must admit that the food is pretty good. However, great customer service is the key to success and this restaurant has none. I simply asked for a large bowl of guacamole with no tomatoes and was told that the kitchen was too busy to make it by Kimi the waitress. I would have paid $20 USD for that bowl of guacamole knowing that this is China and if you want something special you must pay for it. The fact that I am sitting here in the restaurant which is only 20% full and being told that I cannot have guacamole in a Mexican restaurant that’s near empty is completely mind boggling...
