Excellence Hotel
Reviewed By mapleyapOne of the best hotel and suite in Yantai. This hotel is one of the landmark in Yantai new town, whereby there is double building which side by side with Yantai Tianma Arygle apartment. I was quite confuse with this 2 building with similiar design and location side by side. I even went in wrong building , instead of stay in hotel, I went to the apartment and funny was the door card can be access among this 2 building escalator. Others than that, I am quite satisfy with this hotel, spacious room, good breakfast spread, free self laundry room access, which was much more convenient for a long stayed guess. I would definitely stay here in next trip to Yantai, such a beautiful place.

Reviewed By davidgary8Wow , simply spectacular , 15 exclusive apartments that are decorated to die for ! Immaculate from the Top of the range washer/Dryer , robot floor cleaner , Toaster , Plate Heater , and more more more the kitchen is a dream come true ! Every apartment has so many children friendly activities from toys , games , tents , even a tree house , that you will find it impossible to get the children to want to go out . The safety facilities are simply the best every little detail considered to protect your child’s wellbeing . The bedrooms are decorated to that of a 5 star + as is the decor throughout ! The rooms have spectacular views of the city and the ocean and if that’s not enough to memorise you , then you can relax and enjoy the multi international TV programmes . The Bathrooms are adorable some with bath and shower a place to relax , and reflect on the wonderful environment you splendour in . After 20 years as a Hotel contractor and trainer this one is hard to beat , faultless . And the location is the best centrally located and surrounded by some of the finest shopping malls , and tourist attractions . I can only conclude by saying the only thing better than the property itself are the staff . So kind , caring , attentive , professional , and thoughtful , I will be back , well done a great place to stay , highly recommended !

Reviewed By Dive_Traveller1974The guest room is big, but very inconvinient. Poorly maintained and noisy air-conditioning can't keep the room warm. No hot shower and water pressure very low, can't take a descent hot shower. Only the basic amenities provided: toothbrush. All the furnitures, curtains, bed linens and towers are low quality. I asked for a new toilet paper and the staff brought me a half roll... orz. I wouldn't stay again, and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone at all. If you are a budget traveller, you'll have no problem finding a cheaper, more reasonable hotel.

Reviewed By Navigator56040325647酒店位置好，目测好像是海边最好的一栋楼，定的还是海景房，从里面看就和一副风景画是的。特别的好，下楼3分钟就到海边了，青岛海边酒店首选。

Is located in laoshan district thumb plaza, near guosen stadium, from the laoshan, shilaoren bathing, very close to the polar aquarium, room decorate warmth, is the apartment, can cook, is very quiet and safe, with WIFI, thumb plaza, beer and skittles is very convenient, the traffic is convenient

Reviewed By Teend213I originally booked this hotel for 3 nights however it was so disgusting I checked out 30 mins after checking in. It was very hard to find checkin I had to ask 3 people. Then when I was in the so called reception area which was actually a hotel room, they tried to charge me for 4 nights. My room never had a wardrobe or anywhere ton put my clothes, no telephone, (even though they told us to ring room service for the WIFI code), the wallpaper was peeling off and had selotape stuck all over the place. It was also dirty. I wouldn't even ask my worst enemy to stay here. I have stayed at a few hotels in Qingdao and this is definitely the worst. I have had far better rooms in one and two star hotels and this is supposed to be 3 star.

Great value and comfortable stay

The accomodation was a little squishy for our family of four (two adults and two young children) however the largest we could find in the area. Dezhou is not hugely westernised so to find a hotel with western bathroom facilities and sleepable beds was exciting. The complementary breakfast was nothing like the promotional pictures on the walls of the lift. It was all Chinese food apart from bread (which was sometimes stale and sweeter than we were used to) and a toaster. The extra bedroom was teeny tiny and the air conditioner had trouble reaching it. A large divider in the room also made it difficult for the air con to reach the main bed. We thought paying to use the washing machine and drier wasn't really fair- it should have been free. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I don't think they could speak English though. Regal Kangbo hotel is nearby and also looked good, however for a longer stay the larger room size and much cheaper price of regal kangbo hotel and residences suited us better (though a pool would have been nice). Great location- walking distance to lots of food options and an awesome department store. Overall- good, clean accomodation for a great price.

Reviewed By 石头87我入住的是他们家的海景复式房间，房间分上下两层，下面是客厅 上面是卧室，有两个卫生间 ，比较的方便，房间里面还配有厨具，可以自己做吃饭，很好，装修的也不错，欧洲风格，让人有华丽，富贵的感觉。酒店有自助的早餐，口味也好，这种公寓很少有提供早餐的。很不错的体验。而且他们家可以自助点披萨，味道也不错，美美的推荐，房间总体的观景效果不错，前面就是大海，还有有个小岛在中间。出去玩也是很方便，交通不堵车，也有公共交通。

Reviewed By Rebecca TThe location of the apartment is pretty nice, just opposite the Mingzhu Plaza. However the overall conditions of the apartment looks like still under construction, the elevator of the building is very bad. The door of the elevator cannot open and we got stuck in the lift. There are many restaurants close to the apartment, easy to get food, but quite expensive.
