Wonderful stay
Reviewed By adyxanAt first I was planning only one night but then I was astonished with the beautiful view of Dalyan and extended my visit to 4 days. I stayed in this wonderful apartments as the owner Alpay made it really an enjoyable stay. Clean aparts with a nice view of pool, nice and silent area, quality chat with Alpay and a little walk distance to the center of Dalyan. Definitely will come again!

Reviewed By ounurkocHi. We have stayed there for about 10 days. Pool, room and garden are immaculate. Rooms are larger than other standart hotel room like that you see in photos. At night so silent and comfortable. You can find many books in the villas rooms' bookshelf. The cleanest, best, largest and most spacious place that you can find in this area. Merhaba. Burada yaklaşık 10 gün kaldık. Havuz, odalar ve bahçe tertemiz. Odalar, fotoğraflarda da gördüğünüz gibi standart hotel odalarından daha büyük. Ayrıca odaların kitaplığında birçok kitap da bulabilirsiniz. Bölgede bulabileceğiniz en temiz, geniş, büyük ve ferah mekan.

Reviewed By lyndy2010Erasmus what can I say? a Wonderfully simple yet Charming clean bohemian style apartment simply doesn't do it justice. Situated less than 2 mins walk from Dalyan main street and 5 minutes from the river banks where you can chill watching the beautiful famous tombs or take a boat trip to the famous Turtle beach (Iztuzu)or many other beauty spots, its also close to the main square by the mosque (maybe 5-10 mins depending on your pace) Its ideally situated so you have your peace yet everything is walking distance including local dolmus to take you to Iztuzu beach. Erasmus has beautiful views especially if you get a first or second floor room. Both are lovely and I had choice of either. However, the main reason I would return again and again is to stay amongst the beautiful souls who run it and who make your time at Erasmus exceptionally Special. Words don’t bring justice. I suddenly found I was on my own as my friend had gone home earlier than me needed at work. I was feeling rather isolated staying in a nearby hotel where I'd stayed before and felt safe and happy. But it was apparent the season had finished there, hence the pool was getting drained so I couldn’t swim, sun loungers were taken in, there was no guests apart from groups of men. Basically, the atmosphere had changed drastically and I felt my mood getting sad. The weather was still beautiful but I felt very self-conscious and very alone. Hence why I was considering a move as I couldn’t carry on there. I decided to look at my options. When approaching Erasmus I could see the pool still clear and inviting with the bright mid-morning sun shining on the water and this was November, loungers still out ..yes!! welcoming the afternoon sun from its lush grass to the blowing palm trees, to top it off happy welcoming faces. "hey welcome would you like a coffee? Please come, join us " .aghhh, I felt humbled and relaxed. After chilling a little with my coffee and a chat with Turgay, I made the deal for me moving to the Erasmus, and I can say hand on heart it was my Best on holiday choice I ever made. First of all, a mention to Turgay the wonderful proprietor who speaks amazing English as well his native Turkish and German. I felt at home right away as he has a special way about him that made me feel welcome, a cool, bohemian, gentle, intuitive and calm character of a man who seemed very genuine, nothing too much trouble and makes everyone feel like family rather than a guest. Also a big thankyou to beautiful ladies Cemile and Burcu who overseen the daily running of this lovely hotel smoothly from a friendly smile and chat, just like my sisters. Burcu makes the best coffee and hopefully I will sample it again soon. The Amazing Turkish breakfasts leave you not wanting to go out for breakfast, why when you can relax and eat here or if you fancy an Omelette instead cooked by lovely Cemile, delicous. However you have a full kitchen in your apartment with all cooking utensils so you can do as you please. I often joined my Turkish family for coffee, chat and food around the table whereby I was welcomed as one of their own. Turkish hospitality at its warmest. I will say that a woman on their own one can feel vulnerable, however I never felt unsafe or at risk or judged for being on my own. Turgay is very cosmopolitan and forward thinking. He is very intelligent and welcomes culture and views from all. He himself has a knowledge and interest for poets, philosophy and many topics that makes an interesting conversation if you have time or the desired, If not then go about your way and you can be left alone doing your own thing That’s the beauty ,..All people are welcome here. The first thig I noticed about my spacious apartment on the second floor is the light shining through and felt fresh an airy. I sat on the bed before taking the room, to find a quality mattress and comfy pillows, not bricks , another plus for me. There was extra bedding if required and I had a duvet too which was a winner. The shower room was basic, clean and functional. I had beautiful views with 2 balconies on each side of my apartment, amazing. I had a bedroom with my double bed and sofa and in the living area were 2 more pull out sofa beds so one apartment could fit 4 guests, however I like my space and this I had. Turgay et al are cat lovers and Turgay has his own little family that he rescued, they are well taken care of and living it up large ;) and dogs are also made welcome to visit as my street dog (well behaved) canine friend used to visit. I used to wash my clothes in sink and hang them out on balcony but soon happily discovered Laundry was done by Cemile for a small fee. No shrunken discoloured clothes here. All done tip top by careful hands of Cemile . What can I say to summarise my little experience , Dalyan has many beautiful hotels, apart hotels and villas and a few I have resided in . One other Ive reviewed another time which again was wonderful but for me now this is my number one choice and I cant see myself staying anywhere else in Dalyan in the near future and I mean that whole heartedly. Oh and I stayed there for just over a month so that says something. I was also a bit slow and reluctant to leave a review as I wanted to keep it my very own secret so when I do come out its not overfull haha . Reviewed By 85jamalhOne of the best stay experience in Turkey. First of all, the owner was kind and helpfull in our requests. Then, the price was very affordable, and probably the cheapest one in Dalyan. We were staying on the top floor, and we have got very terrace with the bewutiful view to the hills and nature. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy. There was small kitchen where we could prepare our breakfast and dinner. And, there is small pool where you can relax after long day trip. Totally recommended! Wish to go back to this place again!

It is located very quiet area, but supermarket, restaurants are walking distance. I stayed here during whole Turkey was locked down. So I really enjoy the pool :) oh and I love washer machine is in my room :)

Reviewed By Trish5361First time in Dalyan and this hotel. Will go back next year to same hotel as the owners who are brothers cannot do enough for you. It’s spotlessly clean with fresh towels. If you are wanting luxury this is not for you as they are basic apartments with all you need for a holiday and you cannot buy the atmosphere and owners so well worth it. Lovely pool plenty of sun loungers. There is an undercover and outdoor eating area and food is great We met lovely people who had been going there for over 20 years which says it all. Perfect location about 10 minutes walk into town and the river. It’s peaceful and was perfect for our needs Can’t wait to go back

Kaya and his family were welcoming and helpful throughout, and the two children were most courteous with a smile and a wave, and not at all intrusive. We had a first floor apartment facing the road which was a bit noisy and in need of refurb and updating. Kaya confirmed this was planned as other apartments had been done already. Some other apartments, though, looked a wee bit gloomy as their balconies caught no sun throughout the day ... perhaps a good thing in the height of summer! The Saturday market is a mere 5 minute walk away, and the town centre not much more. Kaya maintains a good pool, and snacks/meals are available upon request. We would certainly keep this place on our short list for future visits.

Reviewed By John HThe 1 bed apartments are a bit dated but plenty big enough for 2. We were shown around the 2 bed apartments and the studios - these have been updated and look great. It's about 300m from the nearest decent grocery shop and 8-900m to the main street in the village. There were only about 10 guests when we were there, they ran an "honesty bar" - take your drinks from the bar fridges, write down what you've had, pay when you leave. We will definitely go back - soon.
