Welcome to our Daini Beach Cottages, a much loved property in the Beach of Diani. Boasting 3 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. There is aprivate swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment! Staying here also allows you a private access to the the beautiful white sands of Daini Beach. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. A chef can also be placed at a small fee. The kitchen has a fridge, , an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a freezer and a microwave. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and upto 30GB free WIFI. This cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a super king bed. In the next bedroom, there is a super king bed. The third bedroom contains a super king bed. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - A washing machine is included for your use. - Pets are not allowed at the property.

Expectations met
Reviewed By damawangarigThe place met my expectations in terms of the ambience, large rooms, awesome outdoor facilities and the hospitality right from the guard and Naomi who was at hand to attend to our matters with alot of concern. Having the pool right outside the cottage made it very convenient to supervise the kids swim. They also organised a chef who is well versed with modern cooking and we enjoyed the delicacies. Moreso they have 2 pools which ensures there is no congestion at any time. I also loved the convenience to the shopping centre just a 100metres away and less than 10 minutes from Ukunda airstrip. The beachfront restaurants are also just in the vicinity across the road, thus made our stay very convenient . Transport options are also easily available. The only issue was availability of a hot shower, the rains had just started so of course it would be viable to avail hot water.

Reviewed By rans_webAs I chose the upper scale apartment (penthouse) that has all the benefits, I gave it a 5 star review. Might have been 4 star. Pros :amazing view (upper floors), huge rooms and space. Crazy appliances. All you need for up to six ppl vacation space. The beach access and pool are great, diving area right on the beach, with nice veriaty of dishes (at reasonable cost). Service is good. I am on the fence regarding transportation, as there is limited tuk tuk/ boda boda outside the perimeter. Safety is high. Beach is clean. Cons: the place is clean, but room cleaning is not done unless asked specifically. As usual when you leave the perimeter toward the beach, expect hassle from beach boys and others. And it's a bit pricey. Some tour offers being arranged (ie wasini/shimoni) are better done outside. Not all actual operators are good and price varies.

Reviewed By fbegum801220The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was fan and AC in the living room and bedroom. The room had 3 balconies with beautiful views. The swimming pool was clean and a good size. Everything was perfect. The neighbourhood wasnt loud but also good for those that wanted to go out for drinks such as to the backpackers next door. Good restaurants nearby, although a shame there wasnt one on location. But honestly I rarely ever give a review but genuinely believe this place deserves it. It was such a lovely place to stay with a baby. There were couples and people having parties in the apartments but the noise level didnt reach our apartment so perfect for those who want a quiet place or for those who need it to be a bit lively.

Reviewed By SaigonDougBooked an ocean view room. There are NO ocean view rooms. If you go up to the roof, look over buildings and trees, about 1/2 a mile away you can see some water. No free breakfast as advertised, wanted to charge us each $5. For breakfast. We went out and bought food to cook, found the refrigerator not work, just like the TV. The next day they got the refrigerator and the TV working. Upon arriving, we wanted diner at the beach, the hotel workers informed us the beach was too dangerous after dark. There is AC in the bedroom, but the coolness never reaches the living room, this is important if you are there at midday. We informed the front desk, of our issues. That message was never passed on. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Hotels.Com, they called the hotel, the hotel lied and said they have an ocean view, and they gave us breakfast. One reason for such long phone calls was the very poor WiFi at the hotel! You can check my reviews, almost all are very positive.

Colazione buona, unica indicazione: sorge vicino ad una moschea, quindi le preghiere mattutine, se nn siete abituati, potrebbero disturbarvi. WiFi eccellente. Da notare inoltre che è dislocato leggermente fuori dalla città
