Worth a visit and not expensive, about 14TL (£2). Advice is go early in day before the heat kicks in. Whilst in the area, can also have a wander through the old town which is at the back of the castle and then onto the marina area.

This magnificent castle is more like a mini medieval city. Imposing and magestic it is simply one of the best preserved and fascinating castles I’ve been to the layout and sheer size is awesome definitely take a couple of hours to explore and get lost in its amazing history a must if your in Bodrum

This is a lovely little museum and only a few lira to go in, while worth it even if it is just for the views at the top. Really enjoyed seeing all the artifacts and definately recommend at trip

For me Kilitbahir Caste & Fortifications with its central tower really is the most interesting place to visit in the historical Gallipoli area. Pls go up the Tower floor by floor to see the beautiful exhibitions of old time people living in Castle. Like Tussaud's Wax Museum.

A beautiful castle on top of the hill, it's worth the climb up here for the fantastic view of the countryside. There are a lot of things to see not he hill, including the remains of a basilica.
