Every single member of staff we came across were so lovely, helpful and professional. We were looked after from the second we arrived to the second we left. Special thanks to Memet in the restaurant who looked after us and was always smiling. Whilst staying at the hotel we organised a boat trip on the hotel boat to go snorkelling, which was spectacular! Beautiful pool area, bar area to watch the sunsets and nice food. Would recommend!

Amazing Villas, Location and Staff - We didn't want to leave!
Reviewed By angelawB3717OVWe stayed in a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa with it's own pool which was amazing! It was peaceful but yet only a few minutes walk from the main strip with restaurants, bars etc. We loved cooling down and relaxing in our pool at the end of the day especially after cycling around the island and bike hire was so easy as the hotel organised bikes at a good price. The staff were so helpful and friendly and had such happy genuine smiles the whole time. They even noticed from our passports that we had a birthday during our stay and on our last morning we awoke to the staff singing Happy Birthday as they walked down to our villa with our breakfast and a birthday cake... and of course huge smiles! When we left a large number of staff came to see us off, and carried our cases down to the speedboat.. we didn't want to leave and will definitely go back. Also just to mention that if you want to swim with turtles, at the other side of the main strip there is Turtle Beach and if you wade out you may be lucky to see them too. We found this just by chance and it was the highlight of our holiday! Gili T is a relaxing island and we will be back - thank you to the staff at Ko-Ko-Mo Resort for an enjoyable stay.

Of course you need to try their amazing infamous night BBQ with an amazing selection of fish and meat and all you can eat salad bar. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on Gili T !!

Reviewed By stevenlP7780HDWe had a wonderful time with this dive shop. Our guide Rahman was very friendly and professional. He showed us, everthing we wanted to see, especially the marco stuff. We saw very colourful nudibranches, pipefishes, anemone shrimps, gigantic frogfish and seahorse. He also showed us a lot of green seaturtels and a shark. We can very much recomend this diveshop and Rahman as a local guide. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. And the captain of the boat, was preparing our equipment and loading it on the boat, so we never had to do anything else then diving. If you are on gili T, check this place out. Thank you guys for the nice time.

We are located on the Tropical Island of Gili Air and offer various types of accommodation on this beautiful and tranquil piece of paradise set in the heart of Indonesia just off the North Western tip of Lombok. Gili Air bungalows are set within a walled garden area approx 200 meters from the beach and on the Eastern side of Gili Air, which enjoys the sunrise over Mt Rinjani. Set within this garden area is a swimming pool which includes a paddling pool ideal for young children.

Reviewed By Sian JGreat location, quiet as it is set back from the back (about 150m) but very easy to walk or cycle everywhere. It took us less than 10mins to walk to the port and about 3 mins to cycle it. The accommodation was great. I have 2 teens and as there were 3 beds (2 doubles and a generous day bed) in the room, we all had enough sleeping space and there was no need to swap who slept where! The breakfast was very generous and after the 1st morning we didn't order everything we could have because it was just too much food. They are connected to a bigger beach hotel and there is a room service menu that was great for the couple of times we didn't feel like going out again. Staff were lovely and although most didn't have much English, they always got someone who speak to me. My daughter accidentally left her necklace there and 24hrs after leaving I emailed them and they found it and are doing their best to return it to me the safest way. I would very happily stay there again. Lovely bathrooms, my shower had hot water.

Really close to turtle point and shark point (nice waves for surfing and amazing coral for snorkeling and kayaking). Staff is very kind, always smiling and ready to assist with whatever you need. Bicycle rental came in super handy and was convenient to have access to.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful they even created a Whatsapp group for each villas to cater every needs of the guests. The breakfast was tasty and delivered to you every morning on your own choice of time. For such a price you already have your own private pool, a spacious walk-in- closet and a trendy dressing table. I personally loves the bathroom area where you have both of the shower and bath-tub. Will definitely come back if the occasion arise. Thank you Batatu!

Reviewed By edaugustinFriendly and obliging staff with a personal touch who go out of their way to please, including booking a snorkeling trip for us. All the staff wished Rosalind on her birthday (finding out the date from her passport), sang Happy Birthday to her and decorated our bed with 'Happy Birthday' using petals when we were out. We had breakfast on the sandy beach every morning with the sun rising behind Mount Rinjani. We could walk the short distance from the beach to the sea without having to use shoes or slippers as there were no corals on the beach during the time of our stay. The accommodation was good. A bedroom with air conditioning, bedside lights, fridge and a safe. Everything was on site or within a short walking distance. We stayed for three nights and could have stayed longer.
