The hotel is well located: - in the very center of the city, near a shopping street where you can find many restaurants This proximity allows quick access to all amenities but also gives the opportunity to make the traditional Italian "passeggiata" in the evening. Indeed, the artery which borders the hotel becomes entirely pedestrianized at the end of the day and fills up with stalls where the 'you can discover Sardinian crafts as well as attend street performances. - a few minutes by car or scooter from the beaches Comfortable hotel, with very clean rooms. Breakfast is varied with the possibility of to eat fresh fruits, gluten-free and lactose-free products. Special thanks to Simona, who offers to any guest of the hotel a warm and tailor-made welcome. She is very friendly and will always share nice anecdotes and precious advice to discover the area and its wonderful beaches. If we get the chance to go back to Villasimius, we will definitely stay again at the Belvir hotel.

Very nice hotel with nice staff in a nice town near nice beaches

The hotel has a brilliant design that perfectly matches the traditional and modern architecture of this pleasant town - Villasimius. Our triple room with enough space for our family was one of the cleanest rooms we have been accommodated in all over the world. Alexandra served tasty and abundant breakfast on our table in the pleasant patio every morning. Oh, and the beaches... Porto Giunco probably is the most beautiful beach in Europe! You should climb the hill above it to the old tower through a real savanna path (20 min. from the open parking which costs 5 Euro) for a panoramic view that you deserve and will never forget. Photos from this point often can be seen in books and brochures about Sardinia.

Reviewed By AnniCattiWe stayed at hotel Xenia for one night. It is a really clean hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean and spaceous. We didn't have an ocean view as promised on booking (I think that's actually not possible no matter what room you are in), but it was really close to the city center so we didn't spent a lot of time on the balcony. The breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of fresh cakes, muesli yoghurt and fruit. Coffee was freshly made and they also had cappuccino. We found a parking space right in front of the hotel. Would definitely come back.

Reviewed By mikelondon48L,Oleandro is signposted a couple of kms outside Villasimius on the road to Costa Rei.Located on the side of a hill accommodation is in a terrace of bungalows detached from the reception and restaurant.Each room is fairly basic with a small tv and mini-bar.All rooms have a south facing patio area with chairs,with which to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Breakfast is served in the balcony style restaurant in the main building.Fresh juice,home made breads,yoghurts and the usual European fare make breakfast here a particularly enjoyable experience. The restaurant has an extensive menu for lunch and dinner.The balcony setting makes this a very atmospheric place in which to dine.The quality of the food and the service are very good indeed.An Italian phrase book may come in handy . A small beach is within walking distance whilst the most attractive beaches are further on up the road toward Costa Rei.Prepare for spectacular scenery in and around L,Oleandro.Enjoy.

The breakfast was tasteful and always fresh, And the owner Alberto tacconi was very helpful to us, he help us in many ways, arranged for us and booked and took us at good restaurants, arrange also for us for a day boat trip,and he made sure we enjoy our stay during our holiday. Reviewed By 729magwWe stayed in Sept 2021 for 3 nights. The location is perfect for trips to the beach and center of Villasimius is in walking distance. Parking was always available on the street! The rooms are brand new and super clean, Andrea was super friendly and attentive!

Reviewed By courtneyi755I stayed for two nights at B&B Milu. My room was lovely and private, in the front of the building. The garden is beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean. The hosts were lovely. It’s a short walk to town, and a lovely (but longer) walk to the beach. The restaurant at the end of the street is very good, and close by. Great value place to stay.

Reviewed By koenn511Hele aardige en behulpzame mensen. Achter de entreepoort in de grote straat van Villasimius kom je in een rustig en mooi onderhouden gebouw. De kamers zijn ruim en zeer netjes. Ideaal om te combineren met een dag strand. S avonds kun je lekker de avond spenderen in Villasimius. Enige nadeel is parkeren maar dit kan ook al op 5 minuten loopafstand.
