Decent rooms and helpful, if slow, staff
Reviewed By KatrienS955Everything was a bit slow in this hostal, but the staff were very helpful in giving information about public transports and attractions. The hostal is quite far from the centre of the town, further than the bus terminal. However, there is lots and good public transport passing in front. The room was ok, but one needs to pay extra for towels, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was typical Chilean, rather basic, but of good quality. The reception has limited opening hours. Wifi worked well and was reliable.

Reviewed By carlomH325GQLo único bueno: ubicación central. Desde la primera noche encontramos pulgas en dos camas. El baño no limpiado correctamente (araña en la ducha), el ruido de la calle insoportable, la casa tiembla cada vez qué pasa una micro por afuera. El estacionamiento un caos, cada vez que un vehículo quiere salir, tienen que salir todos los otros. Los dueños amables, pero sólo cuando se trata del pago. Evite este lugar.

Nice hotel in out of wayplace
Reviewed By ArthurC448The hotel is nice and staff very helpful and pleasant. My main problem that the water in the bathroom never got above Luke warm at best. The shower was very small and the doors did not work well. A pleasant stay, but not having hot water was a bummer.

old fashioned and a bit neglected
Reviewed By TonHendriksThe hotel is very old fashioned, shabby and neglected. Furniture all comes from 1970 or earlier. If you like nostalgia it is a nice place. There was a problem while paying. O top of the Booking.com price they wanted to ad, 19% Iva tax. It took a while to convince them that we did not agree.The breakfast was in a huge hall, all with empty tables and chairs. It is more a background of a suspense movie than a hotel.
