It's totally spoil my mood not enjoy and memorized trip. the worst ever villa i stayed . 1. No hygiene (Left Over garment from pervious guest) 2. Pest issue every the headboard no wipe 3. Guest supplies (Curtain remote shortage, informed maintanance who attend my room said will inform housekeeping at the end no one attend) 4.Oily plate keep inside cabinet 5.Private Pool deck bulb fused and deck wooden floor not proper maintain look like anytime will be broke and feel down when step 6. provided coffee machine without the capsule in villa

A cheap and clean place to stay
Reviewed By Qila RA well kept budget hotel. Rooms were clean. Very close to nearby shop and located and the heart of brinchang town. Would love to stay there again. However not suitable for family with old age people or disabled kids as their room at second and third floor and no lift there. Other than that, i would recommend this place to you!

Hotel With A Temple View
Reviewed By shaniandrasReserved a night here as everywhere else is fully booked. For the price, everything is acceptable here. The room is clean and proper but not recommended to stay for more than 2 nights as it may get a bit claustrophobic as the rooms aren't big and there is only one window to allow light in. It is tucked deep within, far from the main streets of Cameron Highlands and the road leading into the place isn't wide enough to accommodate 2 cars at once but luckily, there isn't much traffic here. The only thing to watch out for is the temple nearby (Sam Poh) which can get very eerie at times especially when they have group processions as early as 5am and the chanting can be very disturbing. Parking can also be another issue as it is very limited. There is a small stretch in front of the hotel which can fit probably up to a maximum of 10 cars and it is not advisable to park at the sides because the roads are small and your vehicle may be damaged due to other larger vehicles squeezing through. May bugged you for the entire stay if you did not get the designated parking spot.

Reviewed By stefaniecstI came back after my 1st review here back in Oct 2019 again with my family This time sround there extended area with more rooms and 2 stories of room and I believe is deluxe room with minibar Things that have not improved is the internet as it’s weak since years ago unable to log in and the hot water are limited time on the bath tub. Would be nice if the water heater tank improved as well. Everything at Athome Resort has remained the same. Would be great if the Owner Albert will install ceiling fan in each room as having AC makes our skin very dry. If can improved wifi connectivity and hot water, fan, and minibar, it would be 5 star service Till the next time, we return AtHome Resort ?

Poor hotel & service
Reviewed By RizanA_13The room that i get seem like backup room. Even though i check in early than other guest. Tjere is no safety at the room. The side bed lamp wire its cut off without cover the end wire, the bed headboard loose, window lock broken, room smelly, mattress can feel the coil and my room its really small than others room (G001). Its like maid room. Its not worth i pay with the room i got and the service they given.

Horrible facilities & service
Reviewed By fjmlk734We paid RM260/- as walk in customers since it is peak period. There was a dead lizard on the toilet bowl. The television was not working. The hot water flask was not working. Sheets were dirty. The generator kept turning on all night long. Could hear the television sound from the room next door. And echo everytime people closed their doors. We requested for a 50% refund. And they refused.
