Reviewed By 83cocoThe hotel is good value for money. Room is basic and cleanish, breakfast is ok. The walls are thin, so u can hear everything in the hallway. Pool was very nice for us traveling with childeren and staff is super friendly!

Reviewed By pjoy5I arrived in Amahusu by boat. I had not booked any accommodation and as this hotel was in the perfect location I chose it. I booked a standard room, wrong choice, for a few extra rupes a deluxe room would have been better or a cottage. The bed was comfortable and it didn't rock. There were a few things wrong with the room, the most important one, the toilet was fixed after several requests. The staff are very friendly and try to help. Laundry service was excellent.The rooms are about 30-40$Aud a night. There is a long bar/dining area overlooking the beach. Stick to the tried and true meals, my meal was really terrible. The sea water has a lot of rubbish/plastic in it. I did see efforts to try and clean it up, a real problem. I really enjoyed the area and there is lots to do.

Very fiendly staff
Reviewed By nadiaz_11I was on my way to stay there and cancelled my plans to go to Hukurila instead after many communications with the staff in the hotel. I'd like to say though that the staff have been very helpful ( I changed dates I don't know how many times), attentive to individual requests and one of the staff speaks good english. They have internet and it is a well situated hotel so it deserves a look.

The room is a bit small and damp, however it is clean. It has working showers and hot water, adequate amenities for showering, and quick services.

They just charged me $30 for laundry!!!
Reviewed By Robin BWe were having a good stay at the Orchid until we got our laundry back and they charged us $30 for a few t-shirts, a couple of pairs of shorts and some underwear: literally ten times the normal rate in Indonesia. Stay here for the clean rooms and free wifi, but whatever you do, don't do laundry!!

Reviewed By Budi Hartono LDengan kategori bintang 4, banyak hal yg harus ditingkatkan baik dari segi kualitas maupun sarana agar sesuai dgn kategorinya. Pelayanan cukup baik, proses check in agak lambat, mungkin karena kami rombongan besar. Dalam kamar tdk dilengkapi ceret listrik utk membuat teh dan kopi, air minum botol diberikan hanya pada hari pertama, selanjutnya tidak ada lagi. Kunci kamar hanya diberi 1, sangat menyulitkan karena kamar diisi 2 orang dgn agenda kegiatan yg berbeda.
