Reviewed By Warren PMyself and two friends visited the hotel for a week all inclusive. The all inclusive drinks package was very basic the drinks you could have was beer wine uzo and raki. The food did change often but it was abit strange at times but the pasta was usually good. The manager Nikos is amazing he is a great guy he would know you from the start of the holiday to the end. The night shift manager Emmanuel is also nice as long as you dont make loads of noise in the night leaving the hotel for nights out and arriving home. The hotel is situated about a ten minute walk from the malia strip which is great. The strip is so cheap for drinks and has great clubs the only downside is the reps who all stand at the front of each bar basically dragging you in but when you get past that after the first night it is all good. The only really negative part for us was that we were coming home at around 5-6 am the cleaners came to clean the room everyday but they come between 10am and 6am but it doesnt matter if you are sleeping they come into the room even if you are in there and tell you to get up as they clean the room everyday which is abit much. Even if you didnt want it cleaning everyday they dont care. Overall for the price we paid for a week in Malia can't complain that much to be honest.

Alex the manager of Cloud 9 Bar and Hotel helped us even without having a reservation and saved our holidays. If I ever visit Malia I will stay again there. Great stuff, costumers, environment in general, cocktails and music ?

Reviewed By A1970MV_Очень приятные апартаменты, все необходимое есть, ночью шумно, но нужно понимать куда едете, до пляжа 7-10 минут, все магазины и кафе рядом, есть бассейн, где можно отдохнуть днем, оченл дружелюбные хозяева/ Very nice apartments, everything you need is there, it's noisy at night, but you need to understand where you are going, 7-10 minutes to the beach, all shops and cafes are nearby, there is a swimming pool where you can relax in the afternoon, very friendly hosts❤️

Reviewed By skiddooI was really impressed with the chic accommodation at Riaki Apartments, it’s even nicer than captured in the pictures. The studio is very clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. The bed and the sofa are very comfortable, while the bathroom is spotless and has a very nice finish. I appreciated the relationship with the hosts, they were both genuinely friendly and welcoming, highly responsive if I needed support with anything. #grateful The apartments are located right above a souvenir store, very close to the supermarket and in between a lot of bars and restaurants. There are moments at night when you can hear some noisy tourists, but it wasn’t a big deal, even though I’m a light sleeper. I had earplugs with me, just in case :). Sometimes the WiFi can be a little slow.

Reviewed By 721markmWe visited here without a reservation. The starters of a warm feta cheese ball, coated in nuts and served with fig jam. Was absolutely delicious! Literally a warm ball of food love.. Bravo chef! The Greek salad was great but lacked olives. 2 mains ordered : 1. Grilled chicken breast. Slightly under seasoned. Very well cooked. Lovely home made chips. 2. BBQ special which included a slow baked potato on the bbq, corn on the cob, salsa and bbq sauce with pork, lamb, chicken and beef. Cooked to absolute perfection and tender! Service was 10/10! I’ll be visiting again because so far, this is the best place I’ve visited in Crete.

Stella Maria is a family-run accommodation that is pleasantly located on the hill above Malia's Old Village, on picturesque neighborhood of town.The apartments offer a lively location far enough but yet within walking distance of all hot spots and places to be (within 10 minutes walking distance of bars and tavernas of the Old Village, 15 minutes walk to the lively area of Malia Bar Street and 15 minutes to the beach).

Reviewed By Road742911The staff were amazing , so helpful and so kind, we came for a friends birthday and they sorted everything that we needed. Someone was always around to help. The rooms are so beautiful , we loved the hot tub and it was cleaned every morning by a lovely woman. We definitely want to come back and would recommend to anyone, the rooms seem to be for couples but we had the best time in them. The food in the restaurant was so tasty, and the drinks were amazing, even the bartenders were gorgeous, shout-out to Katerina, Alex and the bartenders!!!!!

Reviewed By Feelthevibe1Made a mistake when I originally booked thinking that the hotel was closer to the main strip in Stalis than it actually was, totally my fault. Taxi pulled up and we got to check in to be met by Manos the owner, paid the local tourist tax and paid for air con and made our way to room 56 which was right at the back of the property near the pool. The room was basic but clean and had pretty much all we needed for our 2 weeks stay. The air con unit was situated in the bedroom which was ok but not much use for any other part of the apartment but as we didn't spend much time in it ,it wasn't a problem for us. The shower was a pit pokey but there was plenty of hot water all the time. Cleaned and towels and bedding changed every 2 days. On the whole a very enjoyable stay, very quiet even with the main road right at the back. The rooms are set in very well kept gardens and only 2 storey so not many steps. The pool area was kept in good order by Nikos the barman, snacks and drinks available at reasonable prices. The restaurant on the front of the property was large and always very busy at night times, we ate there once and were a little disappointed so just stuck to breakfasts in the morning, we must have just been unlucky that day as the place was always busy ? All in all we had a lovely stay even though we usually stay a little closer to the strip, we found a few good places which we wouldn't have known about otherwise and it was only a 15 minute walk to the strip. We would definitely have no problems staying here again, a big thank you to Manos and his staff.
