The "Beachwalk Hotel and Bungalows" is located in a small and tropical Kata Beach, in a very safe area, just 50 meters from the famous white-sand beach with a crystal-blue water and on the few minutes walk distance to the shopping areas and entertainment. Away from any industry and noisy life it creates a strong feeling of privacy. With large windows and outside balconies the "Beachwalk" is generously open for fresh air from the sea. The hotel, formerly named "Beach Inn", winner of TA Certificate of Excellence and known for its room’s cleanness with "probably the best beds in Kata", has now increased capacity by adding 14 new hotel rooms and 8 oversea bungalows. Sky terrace on the roof invites to a wonderful 360° view over Kata, from the beach up to Big Buddha statue on the mountain. Laundry, taxi service and airport pick up/return available at the front desk. Thai & Seafood restaurant "Food Market Kata", own massage studio and fresh fruits/juices shop available in the house.

Reviewed By JenE338The motel has a convenient location near the beach in Kata and offers very low room rates. I don’t really understand the glowing reviews though, the rooms are very basic with older furniture and a wet room instead of a separate toilet area/shower. There is no breakfast included which isn’t a big deal as there are many restaurants right outside. The hotel staff is very nice and check in and out is easy. In summary A very unremarkable property.

Reviewed By 567AllwynWe came back the second time to stay at Sam’s place as we loved it last year. We had 4 beautiful days here which is right next to the beautiful kata beach. Sam , with a smiling face is always there to help you . for any needs and recommendations. Food is always available in the reception for free and you can eat and drink in a common area which is nicely decorated with love.Our room was in the second floor which was clean and quiet with a nice small balcony. They cleaned our room every day and every thing here was very comfortable. Sam also arranged us a scooter for roaming around the area which was a very good idea to see almost the whole island . What you get is far beyond what you pay. I recommend this place for any one who comes to Phuket. Will come back ! Thank you Sam

Here you’ll find everything to make your life perfect! A nice veranda with a sea view to take a morning coffee, the most comfortable bed, a nicely decorated room, ac, hot water and refrigerator always working properly. The perfect location, just 2 minutes from Kata beach, right near Kata Hot Yoga studio. A very nice and welcoming administration team, who will make sure your stay is perfect! A very sweet cat Moo-Moo, that I miss so much! Hope to come back here very soon! If you are in Phuket, don’t think twice - choose Kata White Villas!

Reviewed By J8267SFannecWe were very pleased to be back here after an absence of 2 years and yes the resort was quieter but showing signs of picking up. There's still a warm welcome here and Paul and his staff are so friendly and efficient and can't do enough for you which is why people return year after year. We stayed in apartment 3 on the top floor which is lovely and spacious and has the advantage of a lovely sun terrace. There's plenty of other rooms to choose from including a hostel area. The rooms are kept very clean and there is a laundry on site too. The bar area is comfortable and relaxed with people popping in and out all the time. We have booked already for next year and can't wait.

Our location is only 300 meters from the beautiful Karon Beach and it's only 150 meter to city centre with all restaurants, bars and shopping.We have free wifi and our internet is quick because we are using fiber.Free coffee in lobby.Breakfast included december 1 to march 15.We can promise you a good nights sleep, because our location is on a quiet road without nightlife and no thoroughfare traffic. Our beds are very comfortable and everyone have extra mattresses. Every room have:Air conditionBig fridge,Safety box,Cable tv,Private bathrooms/wc with hotwater showers and we have an extra pump to get good pressure for your shower. Cleaning every day. Towels and linen, free beach towels,Kettle. We have a bar/restaurant with nice comfortable chairs were our customers can meet and have a good time.You are welcome to our guesthouse. Owners Tony and Tira such a kind and always ready to help you with any questions. You live In central district with all restaurants , shops, massages and etc, but hotel located In quite area, so don't worry about loud music or other night noizes. Standard room Included all what you need. It's new and always clean. You can also rent motorbike here. Walk few steps from the porch and you will find good Irish pub with good draught beer and football matches! Family mart Is near as well. Hopefully I'll be back to Allstar soon! Thanks :) P.S. Reviewed By Tonga555Sourhern Fried Rice is the most valuable guesthouse in Phuket .Room is inclusive of TV, AC, refrigerator and porridge as breakfast. This is my second time staying here. The owner is very kind. It is close to the main road and bus stop for Phuket Smart bus( only 3 mins walk). Would come back here again.

The breakfast was to die for, all home made, right down to the jam. It was very welcoming to walk into the aroma of baking. Pool area great and relaxing, gardens beautiful, rooms big, practical, comfy bed. Value for money. Could hire a scooter from them. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great start to our holidays.

Reviewed By BajeebusFantastic bungalows with comfy beds and great amenities. The staff are friendly and the grounds are beautiful. 5 min walk from kata beach with a 7/11 very close too. You will need bug spray as the natural gardens obv are a haven for mozzies lol
