We are well prepared to host executives coming to do business in Ibarra and who wish to quiet and calm time after a long working day. Featuring its 14 Acre land full of beautiful gardens, Hosteria Totoral gives its guests the privilege of enjoying its Marina and water sports, such as kayaking and fishing. Our facilities include, tennis courts, paddle courts and a soccer field, all of them can be enjoyed by our customers completely free of charge. Our guests can enjoy a horseback ride within the property limits, as well as free bicycle rides. For those more adventurous, there are plenty of trails in the surrounding area, as well as the 10 kilometer bike path around the lake.

Reviewed By ccruz87My family and a few friends booked this place in advanced and paid a 50% deposit. Due to local regulations because of COVID-19, the event we were attending got cancelled temporarily. I called the hotel, spoke to customer service representative Vanessa and requested to change the date of our stay. I was assured that it was OK. Then, on the date my family and I went, the hotel staff wanted to charge us 100% of the booking again and said that the deposit was void. Furthermore, they even told me the ridiculous excuse that the customer representative who had assisted me was not authorized to make those types of reservation changes. After the manager called the "Commercial Manager", they both told us in a very rude manner that there was nothing we could do and that we could either pay in full or leave. If you don't want to be scammed, stay away from this place.

Nicht besonders hübsch, aber in Ordnung
Reviewed By Michael RUm es vorwegzunehmen: Unter einem Dorado verstehe ich etwas Anderes. Das Hotel dieses Namens ist zwar sauber, recht komfortabel sowie relativ neu und liegt zentral, aber das Mobiliar in den Räumen wirkt dann doch arg kunterbunt gemischt und stillos. Aber was soll´s, man kommt zumindest als Tourist ja nur für die Nacht zum Schlafen hierher und da sind die Augen meistens zu.

No tiene servicio de desayuno y el lugar más cercano esta a 2 cuadras para comer.Pago solo en efectivo, hay cajeros automaticos a dos cuadras en la plaza principal. Sali por la noche y tuve que esperar varios minutos para que abrieran la puerta.

Lo más molesto fue que desde nuestra habitación se escuchaba todo el ruido de la cama del piso de arriba donde parecía que tenían una noche más agitada que la nuestra. Lo único bueno es que el personal de la recepción y del restaurante donde sirven el desayuno es muy amable. ¡No me volvería a quedar aquí!
