Adequate hotel
Reviewed By rama09I've just for 2 nights and this is the best hotel and the good price. And the moment I arrived the welcome and service was good. The hotel is quite small and the rooms too, clean and tidy room but unfortunately it looks unmaintainned on furniture and wall, looks dull but the room size just adequate, you get what you paid. It doesn't have a water bottle but you can fill the tumblr (has been provided from the room) to refill at the dispenser. Breakfast is very limited option, only a few dishes, rice, noodles, and several fruits and bread. I can say the location is strategic because it is located at the end of Gejayan and in the middle of Ringroad, near to Condongcatur but far from the city / any landmark in Jogja Even though the hotel is small but the parking area is adequate, maybe I think it is quite huge and enough to park up to 20 cars and dozen of motorcycles. located on 1st floor near lobby, no basement.

Reviewed By Rikantini wThe guest house is very comfortable, homie, room tidy & clean, simple & fresh architecture, the employees are very friendly (especially Mr. Oki who handle our breakfast), they have quite various traditional beverages (wedang) that very refreshing, they also provide free coffe tea snack for guest while staying in The corner of Lobby Area, when checking out they give us simple souvenir but it's memorable.. this is a best choice for who want to have a simple stay with basic delightful services.. I want to come back staying here.. ?? Thank You

Not well take cared
Reviewed By juanbgonzalesThe place is nice but not well take cared. The pillow are smell sweat. We ask to changed but change with the same smell. The walls have molds and have dust all over the place. The shower is not working and we asked to repair. The place is nicer if would take care properly and maintain the cleanliness.

Reviewed By frisafitriaI am a hotelier. I am student of hospitality academy. Overall for all facilities are worth just enough for that price. Clean and neat. The room is confortable. The channel on TV is enough. For backpacker this guest house is good enough and recommended. And also the staff, mostly in front office department, they are friendly. I like that. But I had an accident, I lost my key. So absolutely I got extra charge. But one thing, the extra charge is too much expensive for one key, 100k. I ever lost my key in 3 stars hotel and its charge is only 75k. I don't know how the management. But this extra charge is out of my thinking, and lil bit make me disappointed. So for all of you, make sure you don't lose ur key. Becareful.
