Reviewed By Didit AI enjoyed staying at this hotel with my family. We like our room cottages and its wooden design, very natural and fun too. My kids also enjoy playing at the big garden in front of our room and there's a pool that has good view facing the mountain. I like spicy food from their resto, citra garden like nasi goreng and ikan dabu2, breakfast are fascinating too. The staff were friendly and always greet us, and most of all I like the sundanese traditional music surrounding us make us comfortable and feel "back to village". I would definitely return to this hotel for my next holiday with my family. Thank you citra cikopo hotel, it was a really amazing experience!!!

Hot shower works well, we love the fact that mini refrigerator in the room works great, breakfast place at roof top was great, facilities great with pool and fun activities area What can be improved; wifi can be better, option for extra towel without charging, coffee needs to be much improved. Breakfast serve got lots of food variety but the quality can be improved. As a guest i’d rather have limited options but with good quality (taste good, served well, premium material). Table on roof top area outdoor needs some serious cleaning.

Reviewed By Mannix1975Kamarnya kecil dilengkapi dengan 4 single bed. Kamar mandi dan toilet terpisah. Kamar non AC. Tidak ada wifi. Lobinya nyaman. Disiapkan aqua galon yang bisa digunakan sama penyewa. Ada lapangan basket, kolam renang, meja bilyard dan meja pingpong. Saat saya kesana pergi dengan keluarga. Prokes diterapkan dengan baik. Lokasi masuk ke hotel ini cukup satu mobil saja, didalam lebih luas. Penanda hotel ini juga tidak terlalu besar di jalan utama Cisarua. Hotel ini cukup bersih dan terawat

Dengan harga yang murah lumayan bagus untuk ber istrahat .kamar luas , ada tv led air mineral , bad nya n wifinya jg lumayan bagus... kamar mandi lumayan bersih dengan air panas yang masih berfungsi baik.. sayang nya dapat di lt 3 dan agak berjauhan dengan kmr anak di tambah naik anak tangga lumayan lah betis sehabis seharian muter di taman safari ...

Average hotel, appropriate with the price
Reviewed By AcenkThe hotel was very near to the main road (only about 20 metres away), right after the Safari Garden Hotel, you can see the sign "MG - Mirda Gratia" at the side of the road, across Pizza Hut restaurant. Very close to Taman Safari Intersection, only about 5 minutes driving (with no traffic). From the intersection, we have to drive for another 15 minutes to reach the Taman Safari entrance. The staffs were polite and helpful, you can also purchase night safari ticket at the hotel with 10% discount. The bedroom was clean. Hot water worked fine. But the bathroom was not clean enough. There was some stains on every corner of the bathroom. And there were ants, bugs, mosquitos also in the bathroom. Also noticed that the double bed was two single beds being placed side by side, not a one big bed. A bit noisy though, because the location was very close to the main road. Overall, I gave this hotel 6 out of 10.

Value over money
Reviewed By SIemen40There was a problem at first but resolve well by Hotel staff. I booked standard room from Booking.com but on last minutes Hotel informed me that they were fully book. After discussing, they willing to upgrade my room to Superior room with no charge. BRAVO! Very well solved. Thank you CIbulan Suites. Nice hotel, there is small pool and the best of all there is children playground. We have a really nice stay here. Security guy is very nice and helpful. Ambiance is good. Close to restaurant, "BUMI NINI" a sundanese restaurant. Did I mentioned that it is really close with TAMAN SAFARI INDONESIA? Only few downside, there are noises coming out of the bathroom that wakes us up a few times. Luckily we are too tired to be disturbed by it. Signage to Hotel is very poorly lit. Almost missed this hotel. Hot water was turned off after 9 o'clock, we are forced to have shower with cold water. Other than that. It was a nice stay.
