Our guest are staying in Heritage building with the erstwhile Royal Family. The 1937 built palace is kept as traditional as possible but without compromising on modern amenities. The family members are personally taking care of their guest and make all possible arrangements. There is a particular emphasis on the food highlighting the cuisine of the former Maharajas.

Reviewed By 188hasmukhtVery nice and may be the only good place to stay in this small town, Kanker. Rooms are big airy comfortable. Even bathrooms are quite big. We were the only guest in this Royal property and the first guest after pandemic. So they treated us in Royal manner. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were prepared as per our choice and served as per our time. Staff very cordial. Fresh air all around in this 26 acre of property. My best wishes.

not the best of places to stay in
Reviewed By gypsy23097located quite centrally on a major thoroughfare and close to the main market areas, this hotel which has changed hands recently, is excellently located. seems like it was an upmarket and popular haunt in its days. but is only a pale shadow of the original now. though they have a lot of rooms, most of those are in pathetic shape. even where renovation has been done, its only in bits. in some the room is excellent, but the bathroom is in lousy condition. in others the bath has been renovated but the room still has decade old furniture & curtains that stink. and the prices for those rooms is quite fancy. not a value for money proposition at all. the change of management has also affected their room service - food quality and delivery timings & options. the staff are too young, inexperienced or indifferent to care. while the intention to be helpful is there, they either do not have the wherewithal or the infrastructure to back it up. the wi-fi does not work. for example. there is no proper / dedicated dining room. breakfast is slow and very average in terms of spread and taste. overall a place to avoid unless you are in dire need of a room. after renovation is complete however, it could well regain lost glory

The interior and exterior are decent and staff members are polite, good service. The room was clean and maintained with all basic aminites. The food served in the hotel was good in quality. WiFi was available. Tariff paid was worth it.

Reviewed By coolbritannia50i stayed for 2 nights in a non ac room , which was spotleesly clean, it was the closest room to the reception but was amaingly quiet,,the team at reception couldnt have been more helpfull. the downstairs eatery was forever busy , and the meals i ate in the room were delicious.would highly recommend , i doubt you will find this quality at such reasonable rates elsewere in bijapur

Rooms are average but spacious... food is good; breakfast was healthy though options were limited. There is no Bar in the hotel, but one is nearby... over all comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
