Great value for money
Reviewed By LeabossWe had a great stay at this hotel. It's hard to find the entrance, though. It is located on the 4th floor of a shopping centre and from the outside there's no sign of a hotel. The address is correct, so don't worry, just go inside and to the 4th floor. The room was great, big, clean. Provided: Towls, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, tea, coffee, water boiler, fridge, safe, toothbrushs, TV, air-conditioning. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Problem at the night: doors of shopping Center were locked. We were told they will be locked at 12. We came back at 11. Locked already. Luckily, we had a business card with phone number of the hotel. We called, they opened. But it's not possible to open the doors downstairs with the hotel key. Breakfast was brought to the room by no additional cost. It was porridge and cereal. We recommend to have breakfast somewhere else.

Reviewed By Zuerich_7Wonderful little hotel In Grozny. We had a room facing the street, it was quiet though - we had an aircon on. Our room was gigantic, a suite basically. Very clean, like pretty much everything in Chechnia. We had two single beds, very comfortable. We had aircon on, the room cooled down in the night. Bathroom was very clean too, comfortable. Breakfast is in the cafe in the same building. Very tasty, we had porridge with cold cuts and cheeses. Try local jams, especially the white cherry and walnuts ones. We loved our Northern Caucasus travels - through Ossetia, Ingushetia, Chechnia and Dagestan. Chechnia was the cleanest and with most welcoming and hospitable people.

Гостеприимный отель недалеко от "Ахмат-Арены"
Reviewed By costa_yermakПриезжал в Грозный в апреле, повидаться с армейским товарищем и посетить футбольный матч грозненского "Ахмата". Выбор пал на отель Голливуд 2, поскольку он расположен поблизости "Ахмат-Арены" (20 минут неспеша пешком). Впечатления от проживания самые положительные. Гостеприимный приветливый персонал. просторный номер (шампуни, гель для душа, зубная щетка, паста прилагаются, постельное белье отличное, так же как и полотенца), вкуснейшие домашние завтраки. С первой минуты впечатления были самые благоприятные. Приехал в отель в 10 утра, хотя заселение было с 14.00. Думал оставлю вещи и пойду погуляю. Однако не тут то было. Меня радушно встретили. сразу накормили и через 30 минут мой номер был уже готов! То есть, в 10.30 меня уже заселили! Спасибо руководству отеля и персоналу за гостеприимство, радушие и доброе отношение. Когда приеду в Грозный в следующий раз - то обязательно остановлюсь у Вас!

Reviewed By Thomas FI stayed one hour, and left to Grozny City hotel. Internet works well. Anything else not. Hotel is nearly 10 km south of city centre, at an unattractive water pond. Lobby uninviting. Room middle size, fridge noisy. Very noisy on balcony, air condition, not possible to leave window/door open. No restaurant, and you are in the middle of nowhere.

Reviewed By sssss22This time for breakfast there was only porrige, and through my stay (three days), one day internet did not work. Some tips for the visitors: if you need room cleaning, place the corresponding badge on your door, othervise nobody bothers. Also, if you get out of tea (tea pot and couple of tea bags are available in the room), phone 121 and ask for it. The same technology, I assume, should work for towels, tolettries, etc.

Два чудесных дня в Грозном

Отель находится на выезде из Грозного, в непосредственной близости от детского парка, Грозненского дельфинария и Акваленда. Территория большая, ухоженная. На территории есть кафе с вкусной едой, чаем, кофе. Можно заказать кальян. Если нет желания сидеть в кафе, еду доставляют в номер. Фишка отеля - конный клуб. Это что то нереальное! Если даже вы не решитесь сесть на лошадь, само общение с этими прекрасными, благородными животными не оставит вас равнодушным. Для детей есть возможность покататься на пони. Номера (мы жили в аппартаментах с кухней) большие, чистые, со свежим ремонтом. Пожалели только об одном, что приехали всего на два дня. При следующей поездке в Грозный - только в Siradin)))

Lovely Setting, So so Hotel
Reviewed By Jane EI was told that the Kezenoy-Am Hotel was originally constructed as a training site for Russian athletes for the 1980 Olympic Games. The altitude was supposed to give them an advantage. It eventually fell into disrepair but was taken up by a new owner a few years ago and brought up to scratch again after that. "Scratch" is a relative term given that there isn't too much competition in the area. I stayed only 1 night but seemed to luck out on the room which was actually a suite with separate living room and bedroom and a balcony to go with each. The room was on the ground floor so the balconies looked out on, and were level with, the car park. The living room had a huge sofa, desk and coffee table.The curtains in both room were not wide enough to cover the windows which was somewhat disconcerting given that I was at ground level.The bathroom and toilet were in 2 separate rooms and not adjacent to each other. The toilet was entered through the entrance hall and the bathroom through the bedroom. Odd. The shower was very new and far too complicated including a hand held head, raindrop head and 6 side nozzles with a control that needed, but did not have, instructions. I had to wake up the receptionist in the morning to show me how to use the on/off knob and even then we both got sprayed by the side nozzles. Also, there was a hairdryer in the toilet room that did not work. Wifi was available but pretty erratic. The restaurant had good food at dinner that was served quickly and a surprisingly good range of bar drinks. However, there was also 2 different singers performing western songs to a computer generated accompaniment during dinner that were so loud as to actually hurt my ears. Certainly there was no chance of being able to hold a conversation. Perhaps it is a cultural thing. Breakfast was poor consisting of fried eggs, cucumber, tomato and bread. Not even any jam or honey for the bread. There isn't any other choice in the area and situation by the lake is perfect so in the end the hotel has a captive market. I won't likely be back in the lake area but the hotel is quite adequate for a night's stay.

Завтраки обычные, каша или яичница. Но хлеб!!! Как в детстве, с хрустящей корочкой!!! Вкусный, правда. Персонал внимательный. Было комфортно

Reviewed By TanechkachБыли на майские проездом искали, где остановится на ночь. Вариантов было мало, очень за приемлимые цены. В итоге был Сити отель за 15000, на авито молчали, так как попали на Рамадан Стала искать апарты и ура! Несмотря, что праздник у людей, подождали Огромная им за это благодарность! Управляющий вежливый и приветливый. Всё рассказал, всегда на связи. Внутри чисто, в номерах все есть, что надо), как в описании. Рядом парковка Магазин через дорогу Всё супер! Советую Желаю дальнейшего развития
