Reviewed By CaroThomas24Me pareció un buen hotel cuando solo buscas un lugar donde hospedarte y cuente con lo básico. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y no es un hotel con acceso para personas con limitaciones de movilidad ya que se encuentra en un edificio con solo escaleras. El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad, cerca de un centro comercial (10 min caminando), de un parque principal y gran variedad de restaurantes y comercio.

I enjoyed talking to them a lot :) The room was simple and clean, with options for either a fan or air conditioning available. It also had a private bathroom which was great! They sell snacks and drinks at the front desk, as well as provide free coffee in the mornings. The location was good for me because it was pretty close to the bus station. The neighborhood also seemed calm with just shops and food spots surrounding it. I recommend it!

Good choice for lower cost hotel

The front desk is staffed by seemingly indifferent young men who frequently were listening to earbuds and never broke a smile. One was confused when I asked for a bar of soap, which the housekeeper took away earlier that day. An off-duty housekeeper told him to give me some soap and he didn’t seem to understand that it was the hotel’s responsibility to provide it. The beds and pillows are quite comfortable. The towels must have been air dried because they are incredibly rough; you can use them to exfoliate. The TVs have no news channels nor English speaking channels. The hotel staff does not speak English. You have a choice of fan or air conditioned rooms. The latter are only around 5,000 pesos higher, which is worth it because the town is around 200 m elevation and pretty hot.
