The resort has two room types - the detached chalets at thb1200 and the smaller linked rooms at thb800. The smaller rooms are nicely set up and equipped to a high standard. The only feature constraining it in my mind is the noisy adjacent road. Breakfast is predominantly cold but there’s a wide choice and it’s of good quality. But I’ll end with the staff who are extremely decent and helpful at all times.

Handy for the train station
Reviewed By Russell BIt looked good in the photos but either it's not finished, or the global pandemic has forced them to close most of the hotel down. I don't think there were many people staying at the time we were there but I'll highlight the pros and cons. Pros - good breakfast included. Not a buffet due to lack of customers, but a choice of 3 types and all come with juice, water, coffee, toast, and the portions are generous. Close to the station, so good if that's how you're travelling. Cons - rooms are quite small and the furniture has definitely seen better days. Small bathroom with little thought for where the water from the shower ends up. No lift, though the shaft is there - not sure if it's in progress or abandoned. Pool looks ok but was closed for renovation when we were there.

Reviewed By MickyToughMudderI love this place. Have visited several times and would love to go back. So peaceful in a beautiful setting around a large lake. There are several rooms to choose from and they are cleaned daily for you and stocked with water. You can also have use of the swimming pool across the way about 1 minutes walk to the ray hotel. Staff are all very friendly too.

Reviewed By MaplelagjamesIn 2020 I was locked down for six months in Thailand and I made a trip to Buriram to visit a sick friend for a week, and this hotel was recommend by his son. Everything about our stay was so wonderful, and would come back in a minute. In fact we extended our stay for a whole week. Great location, parking a charm, off the main road so quiet, and the hosts were so nice and welcoming as well as the rest of the staff. The room was clean and neat and a wonderful bathroom with tons of hot water. And breakfast included was excellent with good choices. And so nice to eat there in the afternoon and evenings too for a nice selection of different dishes. The coffee was outstanding too. While Buriram might not be a major tourist destination, we found lots to do. Had a fun day at a fishing park, touring and looking over the Buriram United stadium and discovering a down to earth Hungarian-Thai Restaurant. When Thailand opens again for tourism, when doing another road trip, the Green Hotel would be on my list of top choices. Reviewed By Foreverdj40Stayed at this hotel recently initially looked ok when arrived at the hotel but as you look around this hotel is needing a bit of care and attention in places. The room was of a good size our room was on the 4th floor. Air conditioning took hours to get cool as they only give you one key so you can’t keep your room cool when your not there. Had a list of tv channels on a card which most of which were not available specially English speaking ones. Went to have a look at the pool as wanted to go in it wash really dirty not looked after or cleaned stuff floating in it no sun beds pretty poor really not good if you can’t clean your pool for guests. Bird droppings around the pool also. And the towels look like there 10 years old. Breakfast was ok not great tea was near the coffee but was cold both mornings went down. Staff were friendly I wouldn’t blame them for the issues management obviously don’t check things at the hotel to make sure everything is good.

Reviewed By bobthebuilderHullThe hotel was in quite an isolated location and as the directions link from Booking.com didn't work, if I had not had my Thai girlfriend with me, would not have found the hotel, all the signage was in Thai script!!! First the good, the room was quite spacious and the shower room was located off the small balcony, unusual but good, coffee making facilities were provided but not a lot else! breakfast was included but was of the very most basic Thai style with rice and some obscure spicy chicken stew and toast. There were numerous soi dogs around the hotel grounds with frequent fights, barking and howling going on, not good!

Good hotel for a short stay
Reviewed By dylantomosIt's located on a busy road leading to the city centre. We had a small problem finding it, because the StatNav directed us to an ice factory in the next street. The hotel is located on the main road and the sign was difficult see in the usually Thai road sign clutter. Entrance is between 2 large buildings , The Incredible Hulk statue marks the turning. There's a very big car-park with ample sheltered parking bays. Receptionist was polite and check in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, TV and Wifi were good. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool. Furniture was ok , plenty of storage space - but no clothes hangers. Bathroom was clean and modern, with a good shower. Towels, soap, shampoo were provided. AC was efficient and quiet. The hotel is a long way from the main road so no traffic or other noise disturbed our night's sleep.We used the swimming pool which was quite good. Breakfast had a good selection of Thai food, fruit, cereals and some Western style items. Coffee was instant style Nescafe. It's a good location with many restaurants, bars and a small shopping mall in easy walking distance. Overall - good value for money, comfortable and convenient. We'll stay again the next time we're in Buriram.
