Reviewed By 584egilbThis lovely hotel located in Solvesborg, a little town, 45 minutes from Malmo and 2 hours with train from Copenhagen. It is a historic hotel with lotsa history, 200 meters from the sea, so the location is great. I have been at the hotel 3 years in row now, and I am always happy enough to go back next time I travel for the Sweden Rock Festival. Simple breakfast but all fresh

Reviewed By 920KristinLI’ve stayed here before and will again. The staff is very nice. It’s the perfect distance from town. Great pizza which you can get gluten free. Very dog friendly, easy to take the dog out to nearby grass. Comfortable beds. Easy to walk to nearby water, Marinmuseum, and even the tourist bureau if you have questions.

A real gem of a hotel
Reviewed By Richard AWhat a great little gem of a hotel. Fed up with staying in the large chain hotels? well this is the answer. A family run hotel where you are treated as a special guest. Rooms are clean and adequate. On departure I needed to leave early before breakfast time so Svetlana (owner) made me a pack-up breakfast to take with me on my travels. I loved staying here!

Peace like heaven
Reviewed By ma mIf you are looking for serenity and peace, this could be the right place for you. Ronneby is a very small town with about 13-15 thousand people and this hotel is literally in the Brunnsparken, a big park with gardens and woods from different regions. They have two Villas both are quite old but rooms are very well renovated. The rooms and toilets are not that big but they are still nice and very clean. This can be specially fun for the families as they have a big common kitchen. You have an amazing lovely view of the Brunnsparken from the entrance side of the hotel. The park is amazing, and there is a small museum with free admission in the park. I would have given it 6 starts if I could!

Reviewed By Savery93A lovely and charming place. Liliana and Tony treated us like family, they are incredibly warm and kind. Our stay was wonderful, especially with the breakfasts, which are a delicious feast! Located in the center of a pretty Swedish peninsula where there is plenty to explore with some interesting quirky pockets, and even in the guesthouse one can find some ancient trinkets! A comfy cosy place that we would love to spend for any holiday! Would definitely recommend. Thanks again, we will be back ☺️

Reviewed By peterduryPerfectly adequate accommodation. I was on business for 2 nights and this hotel more than served it's purpose. It's no thrills, and pretty basic but it's clean. The only thing I can pick on is the shower head is well used.... not grubby, just used, so if that's the only negative, it can't be bad. The dining area where breakfast is served is decorated nicely, and has obviously been modernised. Breakfast itself was actually a pleasant surprise. From the photos I saw prior to my visit, I wasn't expecting much. There was hot food (sausage, eggs, bacon and of course... meatballs), yoghurts, fruit, bread, cold meats, cheeses, juice, tea, coffee..... all that you would want really. The reception was closed when I arrived on sunday, and so the keys are left in the neighbouring petrol station, which was fine. I had very little interaction from staff, which wasn't necessarily a bad thing. There is a little kitchen and dining area on the second floor, to allow you to cook your own food in the evenings. I really liked this setup, and think it was a really pleasant stay. I like the self catering option, and Karlskrona was an 11 minute drive away if you fancy a restaurant or bar to eat in. I would definitely come back, and would even bring my partner for a getaway. One thing to be mindful of, it is located near what looks like a trading estate in the UK, and the hotel is occupied by a lot tradesmen.... I was woken up at 5.30am by a bit of banging, no big deal though.

Fresh, non-smoking rooms and private entrance and patio. All rooms have private bathroom with shower and toilet, TV and wireless Internet connection. Wonderful beds to sleep well in! Access to small kitchenette with fridge, hob, microwave,coffee maker. Parking available (free).

Reviewed By Carolyn AKirsten is an excellent host. Breakfast room really nice (great breakfasts also) and handy for storing your own odds and ends. Rooms clean and welcoming. We picked cherries from the garden and were welcomed many times by lovely cats. Handy to the town centre and attractions. The draw back for us was not being able to pay by credit card. But other than that great.We have stayed there twice now and will go again on our next trip.
