Great location and cold beer
Reviewed By james518perMy room is basic, although clean and adequate, but no window. However, the hotel is located between town center (Batu Satam Roundabout) and Tanjung Pendam Beach, within walking distance. The popular Kong Djie Siburik Coffee shop is only 5mins walk away. And its Frosty Beer corner offer all kinds of cold beer - great place to relax in evening. Local breakfast is good, except the coffee.

The staff was friendly and always smiling, the bedroom was a good comfort, they have a private parking space for our rented Motorcycles, and the breakfast was tasty. During our stay, there was an event nearby, and we managed to watch the traditional musical and dancing performance and visited the small night market. In the early morning, we took our bikes and ride to the nearby fishing village for the beautiful sunrise, and came back to the hotel for breakfast. Keep smiling, guys! Simple Hotel but Nice. Worth the money.
Reviewed By Feniaty SWe did early check in at around 11.35 am.. and luckily they allow us to enter the room right after they finish the clean up. The room is simple. Not too small. Just ok for 2 adult and a kid. Bathroom is ok. Clean enough for me and the whole gank. The in room facilities are: double bed size, 4 pillows, 2 lemon tea sachets, 2 coffeemix in sachets, towels on request, lcd tv, free standard local breakfast. The snacks are affordable. Overall i'm quite impressed with the hotel. I thought the beach behind the hotel is really some place you can go and spend some time for sunset, playing on the sand..etc. but nope.. it is a beach but only for our view.. anyways the water is dirty :( too baddd

Untuk harga segitu, sangat disayangkan kualitas airnya. Juga sangat disayangkan tidak ada air panas yang menjadi standar pelayanan hotel seharga ini. Itu saja yang harus menjadi perhatian. Selebihnya, hotel ini cocok buat para pelancong dengan budget terbatas.

Reviewed By lidwinaarinI think it is not hotel, but it is kind of homestay. The location is actually okay, strategic, near to town centre, even there is a cozy cafe in front of the homestay. But what I didn't like here was the unstable electricity. The blackout happened often. It was a bit annoying. The facilities were okay actually, it was completed by an air conditioner, not a fan. Perhaps what caused blackout (unstable electricity) was the AC itself?

Hotel condtion, food quality and services
Reviewed By Birean SI went to Belitung island for family vacation on September 25 until September 28 and stay in the Grand Pelangi Hotel. Over all the hotel is not good and not recommend to stay there. My room is unsatisfactory, bathroom poor, not clean, water from shower was not working well and not enough pressure for bathing, its difficult to me also to adjust and control hot and cold water. Sink's host leakage and water drop to floor, water quality is not good and bad smell, it probably due to water well not deep enough? to get good water quality at depth and swimming pool dirty and looks no maintenance. Food quality is not good and boring and reserve limited, sometime no fruits and you have to ask for it.

Reviewed By Barbara SThe most terrible place to sleep I've ever been to. The room had big mold on the wall. The linen smelled musty and was dirty. All room stunk so much that all our things like clothes and backpacks started to smell musty. It was disgusting! Also the service was not helpful and resourceless.. Even when we waned to rent a motorbike they forgot about it and when they started to arange it, we done it faster by ourself. Don't go there!
