Reviewed By Jill SThe staff at this hotel were wonderful. They did their best to make this feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed our lovely breakfast and cocktails on the patio. They were very helpful when our flight was canceled and we needed to stay another two days. We were able to stay in our same rooms and they treated us nicely. The owner was on site and available. She took pride in saying "hello" and made sure everyone was taken care of. Thank You!

The hotel has fourty rooms in small cottages located in the large (10000 sqm) garden reaching our beach.The three paths leading to the beach start from the terrace where breakfast is served, near the waterlilys pond.Near the swimming pool are a bar and a small nice open-air restaurant which is active since mid June.The hotel's private beach with the beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sun beds in the sand area is reserved to our clients and free of charge.

Every need was catered for, and the staff were infinitely patient with us and our four excitable children - two of whom having just learnt to walk basically refused to ever sit down for more than a microsecond. The excellent playroom and outdoor playground were both a blessing and a curse as our kids could barely force 3 mouthfuls of breakfast in before wanting to go play! We had a beautiful room with a gorgeous sea view from the spacious balcony. I loved the rocking chair - I could have sat and gently rocked overlooking this tranquil paradise all week.... The menus were, without fail, excellent and the choice good and varied. As mentioned by others, breakfast is ample but quite basic. I would welcome more pre-prepared fresh fruit (melon, orange, pineapple, grapes, etc.) to balance the temptation of daily cake, bread and croissants.....? We really appreciated the flexible half-board system and were able to swap some dinners for lunches to get the little ones to bed earlier some days, as unfortunately eating dinner from 8pm - although perfect for us, was a stretch for the little ones after long days splashing in the pool and walking the length of the beach collecting beautiful shells. We need to work on getting them into an Italian schedule better next visit! ? Also a big thank you to the reception and restaurant teams for organising birthday bubbles (on the house!) and a candle in dessert at very short notice. We found the restaurant staff very professional and kind. In fact, my nearly 4 year old daughter spent the 10 hour trip home asking every 10 minutes if Francesco will still be there 'next time'.... ? I don't blame her actually! ? Thank you all - we hope to see you again next year!

No concierge at reception to help with planning outings, If you do plan a bike tour, be careful to make sure arrangements and fees are agreed. The hotel is a maze, easy to get lost. Beach staff lovely, and the bar waitress is fabulous. Not enough sun loungers by the pool or space for more.

Reviewed By H4574PJedithmWe booked this hotel late in the evening for one night. The personnel waited for us even though we arrived very late in the evening. We and especially our children were welcomed in a very pleasant manner. The room was clean and sufficient. The breakfast was good.

We were upgraded to Olivo Superior room which was nice, thank you. Our room was spacious and nice, with big window overlooking the pool, garden and the valley. The pool is stunning and the views so beautiful. Also, the staff were charming, well-informed and very helpful. The breakfast was good, a great selection of food to choose from and was in a nice terrace by the garden. Check-in and out was quick & friendly. We booked directly through the hotel and got a good rate. Highly recommended hotel, will definitely be returning.

Special thanks to the staff particularly to the amazing Simona at the reception , she welcomed us with a smile and made sure we had the best time possible . Will definitely be back !
