From the moment u arrive to the moment you leave they really make you feel welcome. Thanks to Pin, Pop, Golf, Pond, Yaya and Jaed from being so friendly and going above and beyond. Location of hotel is perfect and rooms were extremely nice and clean. 100% recommend this stay.

Reviewed By Patiphon_pcThe first time we thought of getting married we already planned to have a beach wedding, it was our dream venue. We went around looking and comparing hotels who arranged beach weddings. The first time we went in to look at the venue at Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort, we really liked it and it seemed like the ideal place. After we went in to have a conversation about the prices, it felt like we wouldn’t be able to afford it and won’t be able to arrange our wedding there. So arranging our wedding there was out of the picture, and we didn’t think about it, as it seemed impossible. But luckily after a couple of weeks we got to have a chat with Khun Nuch, to which she told us about the possibility of us being able to arrange our wedding there. After which it felt like there were a lot of things which might be possible for us. We were really impressed by her hospitality, as she was trying to help us with a lot of the things. It felt like we could trust her. We could contact her at all times about our queries and she would always be there to clear them. To which we are really thankful to her as she was there for us from the beginning till the end. We are very thankful for her services. After we signed the contract, we were introduced to Khun Ging, she was also very cooperative with every single part of the wedding, which made it even better than we anticipated. We are really thankful towards her as well, as she was there till the very last moment for us. We are really glad that we got to get together one more time after the wedding to have a chat about the event and have a feedback about it. It felt like we were recalling the whole event from the first day when we started planning about it till the very last day, which felt like she was actually really helpful and supportive towards us. During the conversation afterwards we could really feel that Khun Ging was genuinely happy that our wedding was a success and went as smoothly as we planned. Once again we appreciate it a lot. Another person that we want to thank is Chef Pok. Thank you for adjusting the menu according to our preference. Thank you for the kind gesture of presenting us with a roti when we were stressing out about the event, that sweet gesture really boosted up the aura. During the wedding day, we understood that you were probably stressed out due to the rain and also because we decided not to switch to plan b and stick with the original plan of arranging it on the beach, we are very grateful that you didn’t lose hope and gave your best to make the wedding as perfect as possible. Lastly we would like to thank everyone in the management team who gave their best to make our wedding perfect. The outcome was way better than we expected. It was even better than what we had dreamt of. It was the ideal wedding. We will definitely be back to stay at Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort as it has now become a place close to our heart. Thank you another safe guard ( can not remember the name, he help me find my glasses which was gone in Kata Beach by wave). Even there might have only 0.01% to found but he always help me find and suggest me to come at night when the sea level is going down. Finally, I found it ? Thank you G.O. Dream for take care two stupid kiddos during snorkeling. ? Many things were happen there both good and bad (lost glasses or allergic to vodka), but all G.O., food, activities make me happy and gave an awesome trip.? Thank you all Bro and Sis? Dated property, poor upkeep and horrible service
Reviewed By aanchal81I visit Thailand with my family 1-2 times every year and always choose to stay at centara. It’s been my all time favourite property in Phuket. However, I definitely won’t be returning to Centara again. Been less than 4 hours since we checked in and I regret booking this hotel. The property is in serious need of renovation. The rooms are dated and upkeep is very poor. Even though they upgraded us to a higher category room, it’s highly disappointing. Termites, bugs, cobwebs and a dirty bathtub are just a few of the things that welcomed us. To top it all, the service is horrible. Perhaps bcoz they are short staffed. The housekeeping was very poor and bathrooms weren’t stocked with face towels or hand towels. Just 2 bath towels for a family of 3. After requesting for a thorough cleaning of the room and extra towels, still missing hand towels. To top it all, ever since we’ve checked in… we can’t reach the hotel staff. Needed extra towels in the room and a buggy to go to the reception but no one is answering the phones. We’ve tried reaching the concierge, housekeeping, in room dining, reception…. ANYONE who will answer our calls but to no avail. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do NOT recommend.

Reviewed By BRSflyerThe property is definitely showing its age but is well maintained, the rooms are clean and the staff are truly hospitable. This is a large resort with hundreds of rooms and ample facilities to match. If you're looking for something super luxurious or small and boutique, this isn't the place for you. The mature tropical grounds are beautifully maintained and all rooms have views of the mountains or Karon Beach, which is directly across the road. Karon Beach itself is lovely to walk along, with numerous independent operators if you fancy renting a beach chair or water sports equipment. The beach does suffer from the scourge of Asia, although there are efforts to remove the never ending stream of plastic that washes ashore. That's not just a Phuket problem of course. Karon feels like a sleepy beach town, with numerous little bars and restaurants a short distance away (turn left as you leave the hotel facing the beach). Both the prices and the food are good.

Amazing Week
Reviewed By robstravels1971I stayed at Santosa for one week from the 24th Jan on a juice only programme. Having never done anything like this before I was a little nervous as to what to expect. The staff soon put me at ease with their professionalism and calming attitudes. To name them would be unfair because I'd probably forget someone as everyone from the cleaners right through to the instructors were absolutely marvellous. After a few days I started to see and feel a real difference in myself and by the end of the week was literally full of energy and vibrance. This after fasting from food for 6 days (beautiful juices aside). When I say the whole experience was probably one of the best of my holidaying life this would be no exaggration. I'm back a week and miss it every day. Will be booking up again soon and can't recommend it enough.

Hotel staff is very coopertive i have lost my phone and they helped us a lot to find it back..their receptionists May she was so humble and cooperative. Their manager Manira i don't know if i am writing her name correctly but she is very good in english and very calm and friendly..overall our experience was very good except food because being a vegetarian we didn't find vegetarians options in their menu as well as in buffet breakfast..so this would be a problem if you are vegetarian so they should work on their menu according to Indians.
