Reviewed By teodorb575We have stayed at Very Chic hotel for 7 nights. Each day was filled in with many great different activities organised by the animation team. I can’t wait to come back hopefully next year and would definitely recommend to visit Turkey and stay at this hotel. Five Stars.

From the moment we entered the hotel, everyone is very friendly and trying to be helpful. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and diverse. We thank the friends at the reception. The evening entertainment program was very enjoyable and entertaining. We thank everyone individually.

Amazing family holiday
Reviewed By charliekilburnJasmin beach hotel We’ve just returned from an amazing 2 week stay at the Jasmin beach hotel and we were all overall very impressed. The cleanliness was incredible with the cleaning team straight onto any mess. The main restaurant there was always something to eat for everyone and travelling with a toddler she loved the food choices. Special thank you to Buse in the restaurant she was incredible with my little girl always making her smile and overall very friendly. Anne in guest services was amazing too very helpful and always willing to help my buggy lost a screw while staying there and she got it fixed for me (thank you so much) also before travel she was helpful via email my daughter is terrified of the shower and with no problems changed our booking to a club room with a bath. The photographers were both very good and captured some lovely photos of my baby for me (difficult with a toddler I know). Everyone in the restaurant got to know our drinks orders too which was a cute touch. Overall all the staff were incredible and want to say thank you all hope to see you soon.

Reviewed By NnvjThe location of this hotel is brilliant... on the beach in the centre of the bay at Gumbet. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was clean and opened up onto the swimming pool area. The food was lovely with plenty of choice on the open buffet. Lovely bar on the beach to relax in both during the day and in the evening.

A great beach hotel in Bodrum
Reviewed By JayubestWe liked the bright colors of this beachfront property. The rooms look like villas, most of them with a private patio or balcony. Inside, the room is very spacious and modern. The shower is big enough for two. We enjoyed the private beach and the large swimming pool. The meals served at the hotel restaurant were good enough for us. You will find a private parking inside the compound once you reach the reception. Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Based on our experience, we think Costa Luvi offers great value for a beach vacation in Bodrum. Thank you, Costa Luvi! : )

A nice quaint hotel
Reviewed By tiffanymarin2017We stayed at this hotel May 2022. First impressions are what a cute and quaint hotel! The pictures are pretty similar to real life. Food in the hotel was delicious. Something for every body. Our only criticism was finding something for our child at breakfast. They do offer cereal etc but no fried food. The deserts looked and tasted incredible. Credit to both waiters and chefs here. There are 3 bars. 1 on the beach, a 2 minute walk away. 1 by the restaurant that offers drinks from 10am - midnight. Staff generally friendly but limited English. Kids cocktails also served here. The second bar is Palm bar near reception and the other pool, quieter around here but a nice setting. This bar doesn’t do cocktails but any other drinks. This is the area you’ll find coffee and the snack bar between 3-5pm and ice cream 5-6pm. Reception is lovely. Cleaned constantly and a pleasant setting. Unfortunately, the staff were not friendly. The 2 female receptionists were rude each time we encountered them! As this is our first port of call on arrival and throughout our holiday for various reasons, not impressed. Room was bigger than anticipated and served our needs. Very spacious. However, rarely cleaned and when the cleaner did pop in, toilet roll was changed and dirty sheets put on. Floors were never cleaned, shower wasn’t cleaned, balcony never cleaned. Glasses never removed. That was a huge let down at times. Other guests also said the same. All in all a nice holiday and beautiful scenery. Nothing is too far, taxi to Bodrum was 80 TL. A small local shop outside the hotel. 3 pools, a child’s pool also. 1 pool has 2 water slides which was great for kids and adults alike. Sun beds by the Palm bar need updating as they’re discoloured and torn. Entertainment crew are trying but it’s not that kind of holiday there. Music at times was so loud we had to leave. So maybe some tweaking there would help. The beach was close and nice for a morning.

My fantastic Holiday
Reviewed By paddymcmahon1959I have just returned from another fantastic two week holiday in the fabulous Club Shark Hotel in Gumbet on the Bodrum Peninsula in Turkey ,once again I can only heap praise on this great hotel ,I went there as a guest twelve years ago and it's always so sad to leave people who have became amazing friends and are almost like family, especially Mehmet who would do almost anything for any guest and is always so cheery and thoughtful ,once again the establishment is absolutely spotless ,rooms are lovely and cleaned every day with towels being replenished every day ,food was good organised by Mustafa and his great team of people who work extremely hard to suppy good food not too mention the great waiting staff ,Drinks were amazing too served by Sehmus and his bar staff, so I would like to thank Uxel and the management team and Serdar and Hazel for helping us to have a fantastic holiday I will definitely be back .

Not the Greatest hotel but Great Staff
Reviewed By Bexmas24We stayed from 4-15th May and despite the fact the room was tired and had issues we were happy for the most part. Let’s be honest here, it’s dated and needs a lot of work on the rooms, but they need the investment from this season to put it back together. Lots of facilities were out of operation- Gym, park, rapids, Wi-Fi! The rooms are not particularly comfortable and the beds are stiff as a board. The food was ok, although a bit hard to work out what to have for breakfast with picky younger children as the selection at that time of day isn’t the greatest with no deviation over the course of the stay. Lunch and dinner were better and seemed to improve the more guests arrived. The pool had nails in which my daughter found and I promptly removed them and handed them to staff. Niggles aside, we thoroughly enjoyed the majority of our stay, the ground staff are what makes this hotel. Turan (Grumpy) is great fun, he was always engaging with everyone even when not working in the spa- if you do stay here make sure you have a Turkish Bath- he gives an AMAZING service and experience. Yilmaz, on the animation side is so lovely and kept the kids entertained. Ferhat and Victor are great fun behind the bar and make a mean cocktail! (Tommy Shelby isn’t too bad at making one either! ?) The staff in general can’t do enough for you and really make the effort to go the extra mile! If you do stay here- be sure to pop Down to Shanghai and see Tom and the guys for dinner and make a note to book a keep safari too! Long and short is, if you’re picky and looking for the perfect Instagram ready hotel, forget it! If like us, you are looking for a break on a budget this place has great staff, great views in a perfect location to the beach and Gumbet shops and strip- we didn’t sweat the small stuff- we weren’t on holiday to spend 24/7 in the hotel anyway! We will likely return next year- hopefully by then they will be able to pump some much needed revenue back in and make it the hotel it wants to be, and one that can match up to the great staff they have there!

Nice hotel and friendly staff
Reviewed By karensr66Just back from 1 week here, it was a last minute booking and very pleased with the hotel for the money we paid. As I was travelling with my mum, I requested a twin room and on arrival we had a big room with a double bed and bunk beds. I was ok with this and found the room very clean and comfortable. We were bed and breakfast and the choice in the morning was limited but good, there was a chef to cook omelette or fried eggs. (Think there will probably be a better choice in summer) As we were out of season only the pool bar was open and sold snacks and drinks were very well prices for a 4 star hotel. Pool was immaculately presented. Staff were great and very friendly especially the day reception and the pool bar. Would definitely stay here again.
