Reviewed By Amr DQuite and clean . I liked that I found dental kit , loofah, hair comb and iron and I didn't had to ask for anything . Breakfast was poor and bread was old .... I think having pastries, more fruit and omelettes would be satisfying for most guests.

First-class customer service
Reviewed By HanniszeWe have driven ourselves to this hotel and it was very easy to find with Google Map as a guide. Parking was also available at the side of the entrance, which was very convenient. The best thing about this hotel, though, was its first-class service! From the time we arrived, we were greeted by very friendly and efficient staff at check-in, and a very helpful and smiley guy named Asfar, who showed us to our room. The room was of the standard expected of Hilton Garden Inn. Nothing fancy but more than sufficient for our one-night stay. At around 2am in the morning, the guest next door decided to call someone and talked very loudly on his mobile at the sliding door. We were woken up by this, and I called receptionist, who promptly called the guest to shut him up. We didn’t expect our complaint to be dealt with so promptly at that hour of the day. This, to us, was first-class customer service! The staff at check-out again were very pleasant. We didn't have meals at the hotel, and so, are not able to comment on that. Overall, it has been a very pleasant stay for us.

Reviewed By William BStaying here whilst on business (like all the other residents I suspect!) therefore the hotel becomes one’s home. That said, the whole team here make the stay very comfortable indeed all deserve praise; from the lads who tend to the garden to the senior members of the gang. I am always hesitant to mention specific individuals for fear of neglecting someone who also rightly deserves a mention, but worthy of special praise is the excellent head chef and his superb team - including the ladies and gents who are front of house tending the tables and meeting the (sometimes embarrassingly badly behaved and unreasonable) requests of some other guests!!! You are all to be congratulated, well done and thank you. Also worthy of special note is Alfi and his colleagues on the front desk and the superb Caves Team who keep rooms so spotlessly clean, thanks go to Mohammad, Khoisan and Darwin.

Clean and spacious
Reviewed By krystapalmaStayed here for quarantine May 2020. Facility was clean and are considered new. From linens, furnitures and appliances. The room is spacious. The staff were helpful and polite. Housekeeping was prompt. Good location, easily accessible and has a wide range of shops within the area.

Bad hotel!

The receptionist didnt find our booking while we have a confirmed booking with a confirmation number but he didnt find our booking and we stayed around 40 minutes untill he arranges a new reservation. The two-bedroom appartment was very very bad and we couldnt stay at it and changed the appartment to 3 double rooms. The furniture is very old and need to maintainance. The WiFi is good. Bed mattres is very bad and uncomfortable. The kingsize bed consists of 2 single beds but there is a gab between them and I couldnt sleep well. The room service not availale all time and you have to try calling them for 2 hours untill they pick the phone. That is my experience with Maisalon hotel so far and hopfully I spend the coming 2 days without any other issues.
